Amazing service immediately when I walked in. Server was very nice and gave me the specials and soup of the day. I got the Cesar wrap instead but it was absolutely delicious and the price reflected the food quality well. Atmosphere felt very open and welcoming. Would 100% come here again!

Finally I have somewhere to eat. Let's start with the service. I can't remember the servers name but he had long hair and a viking hammer necklace. You were absolutely wonderful in explaining and answering questions. Next the food. Just wow. I have no teeth as I am waiting on dentures but had no problem eating the delicious tacos and ribeye steak. The flavors these folks put out is amazing. Now the ambiance it is everything you expect from a bistro. Only thing missing would be seating outside but it's southern Illinois and too cold. Overall it was a great change from the bad food in the rest of the town.

In southern il including the metro east; there is no better Steak. Specifically, their BACON JAM Encrusted Filet! This is whistle pig bourbon which is smooth as silk.

Last night was my first visit to Seasoning Bistro and I will definitely be coming back. The service was professional and friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable-loved the music piping in and the food was phenomenal! I took a chance and ate something I had never had before-the Chilean Sea Bass was prepared and plated in a manner that I could not help but savor. The Butterfinger Bomb which was recommended by our server was just what our palates were seeking for dessert and it did not disappoint. I cannot wait for my next visit.

Great service and fantastic food! One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. The only thing I disliked about the restaurant was that they don’t give you very many napkins.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a long stairwell for upstairs dining. If you are in a wheelchair, I’d let them know ahead of time.

Service is good. Food is good, but I do have to say the filet mignon is overpriced ($70). I can get better steaks for cheaper in St Louis... The Salmon with teriyaki glaze was very good. Very crusty. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce Overall, we'll come back, but not get the filet mignon...

We are pretty regular here, and there’s a reason why. The food is top notch, drinks tasty and service is always fantastic.Sometimes we bring our kids in burger night, sometimes we come for special occasions like NYE. Always get the Buffalo cauliflower and Crème Brûlée!

Food for my omnivorous mates was delicious and the service was exceptional. I enjoyed the strawberry walnut salad with a few modifications just wish they had a couple more vegan options. Doesn't take much to keep some impossible burgers frozen.
