something's effed up when 24 cars can go through the drive-thru but no food is sent out to the cars in the stalls. i get they do a priority thing. but that doesn't math real good. I've been waiting for my food for over 20 min while 24 cars have gone through the drive-thru and got their food immediately. not cool. you guys are mean

Well, I stay in my car 🚙, but I did enjoy my visit at Sonic every one was good and kind to me, thanks for asking
I personally have never had a bad experience with this place but tonight was definitely bad. we ordered online. my brother-in-law picked it up. they didn’t give us my little sister’s food. they put an jalapeño on my older sister’s sandwich that she definitely didn’t order like that since she doesn’t like them. when she tried calling about it, they didn’t answer. i called & gave my phone to her when they answered & the girl got rude & had an attitude saying they didn’t put jalapeños on it when we literally saw them. (picture below) yes we get its a small one but the fact she could’ve been allergic & the girl just immediately got rude about it.
