something's effed up when 24 cars can go through the drive-thru but no food is sent out to the cars in the stalls. i get they do a priority thing. but that doesn't math real good. I've been waiting for my food for over 20 min while 24 cars have gone through the drive-thru and got their food immediately. not cool. you guys are mean
I personally have never had a bad experience with this place but tonight was definitely bad. we ordered online. my brother-in-law picked it up. they didn’t give us my little sister’s food. they put an jalapeño on my older sister’s sandwich that she definitely didn’t order like that since she doesn’t like them. when she tried calling about it, they didn’t answer. i called & gave my phone to her when they answered & the girl got rude & had an attitude saying...
The service was with a smile. And the atmosphere was what you expect out of a typical Drive-In fast food place. Everything was clean. I ordered a three-piece chicken strip for myself and a five piece for my daughter. The chicken strips are tenders that they offered look more like wings. Not much to them. And my daughter is 5 piece four out of five pieces look like somebody took a bite out of the middle of them. We had to throw them to the dogs. Everything else was pretty good
