Terrible, bland slow service. Best thing on the menus is the frozen cheeseburger.
Place is a dump as well . Dirty, stinks, all the cushions in the booths have giant cracks duct taped up.

I have lived in Texas for 44 years and have eaten at some of the best Mexican and Texmex restaurants in the country. I judge a Mexican restaurant by its Chili Relleno and Tequila's in Benton, Illinois serves a very nice Chili Relleno. I am in the process of moving back to this area and it's nice to know I can get a great Chili Relleno and a good margarita anytime I want.

Went to celebrate my birthday and got a delicious stuffed pineapple. I highly recommend it! They gave me a yummy Fried icecream for dessert. Service and atmosphere is great!

Food is good. Chips and salsa, 2 beef enchilada combo w/ rice and beans. Added lettuce, tomato & sour cream. Didn't take long to get and tasted good. I go there often.

Came here after a rough day, and it was the best place I could've asked to relax at. They had delicious food, wonderful margaritas, and the staff were so friendly and nice!! Would highly recommend coming here, and I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I'm in town!

One of the best places near Rend Lake. Vegetarian friendly and awesome margaritas you can take to-go. Patio is shaded. A fan for many years!
