I am so amazed at the personal care Derrick gives to his customers! Last week, he seemed to read our minds and skillfully carried out our desire to use a farm/garden theme to recognize two things that were very close to my husband's heart. Even though he had several somewhat emergency issues going on within his own family, he went out of his way to do a WONDERFUL job! (We have been very pleased with his work for other arrangement in the past as well.)
We just had a baby. And work was sending flowers. They called to schedule a delivery as to not wake our new sleeping baby. Highly recommend as that went above and beyond customer service!
Derek and Mendy are wonderful to work with! I know that I can call, even last minute, and they will take care of whatever I need. I messaged them on Friday afternoon to order hanging plants for Mother's Day and Mendy messaged back immediately to tell me they would call me back. Derek called me later in the evening and took care of everything, even my convoluted delivery instructions. The plants were delivered Saturday morning and were perfect! Living in Canada, I am so appreciative...
