This is the worst Dunkin for miles. They aren't clean, the staff is trash with bad attitudes, and management is incompetent.

I bought coffee the led was not closed split all Over the dashboard and hot coffee over my hands The salesman don’t want to provide his name or receipt instead, he was laughing with his crew in my opinion, that was very disrespectful

Lines and wait times keep getting longer and longer, used to be my go to. Waited 15 mins stuck in the drive thru for a cup of coffee. Couldn’t leave as the drive thru is blocked by a curb.

Placed a online order, very simple and easy. Drove a mile to pick it up and what-da-ya-know. My two corsaints and hot tea was ready and waiting. DD should teach other restaurant franchisees the fundamentals of drive thru service.

This is not a review on the Dunkin Donuts location but a verbal.sttack on the CORPORATION who are only interested in their STOCK PRICE. The sizes of a traditional donut has shrunk like the incredible shrinking man. ONLY THE PRICES HAVE UNCREASED!!! Consumers LOVE COFFEE AND DONUTS!! It's not a mystery. The quality of the cream in a BOSTON CREAM HAS CHEAPENED BY CORPORATE PROFITS FOR THE CEO AND THE "Bored", not a mistake.

If i could give zero stars i would. They be using expired milk on drinks. Also management treats workers poorly. The manager gets to take his breaks but makes his workers including the pregnant ones work without breaks. Also he needs to work on his weird obsession with clients and getting mad when they aren’t interested and messing up their orders on pupose so they wont return .

The manager is a disgusting person. Please don’t come to this Dunkin, expired/ stale milk is used on your drinks🤮 The employees are nice but the manager should be fired ‼️
The drive though was too long so I went in.The DD on St Charles in Berkeley gives a 5% discount on the total order to Seniors.If I hadn't gone in, I would never have known.Favorite.. croissant egg sausage cheese. And of course coffee!
