Went through the drive thru to order dinner for my daughter and I. The associate was very short in her communication. When we arrived to the window to pay, the cashier just gave the total without repeating the order. The poor customer service is one of the reasons I don't frequent this location.

I feel like this is the best McDonald's in the area. The least ratchet, at least, imo.
There is a young man. There works the window you order food from and pay. Who goes beyond great customer service? They put the right person in the window. He is personable and charismatic. The best way to start your morning off.

So I just went through the drive thru around 10:28am for a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin. I only got an egg McMuffin. What the hell is that? I know for a fact employees are told to double check bags, yet they didn’t. Again it’s not hard to do something simple. Do better.
