I've been coming to this pizza hut since before COVID. Always been solid and decent up until about a month or so ago, not sure what has changed but the food and service has greatly improved in recent visits.

My husband ordered the wrong thing I called back to see if he can exchange for a different item and they told me no I have to pay the full price for the one I want and I don’t think that’s right because It wasn’t what I wanted so they could’ve switched one for the other same price The manager was rude and I say I never eat Pizza Hut no more

We went to the store at the time we were told but it wasn't ready. Waited until the screen that it was done, went to the counter to get it and was told they forgot to put it in the oven. No apologies or offers of compensation.

Order food from Pizza Hut saw the commercial for the triple treat box and was excited to try it, pizza was like a frozen pizza really thin and flavorless we also didn’t receive the whole order did not receive the bread sticks that were supposed to come with the order I tried to call and was left ringing and when someone did answer they promptly hung up the phone definitely was not worth the money if I could give it zero stars I would
I received an incomplete order. One pizza was perfect and one did not have all the toppings I ordered. Essentially, I paid extra and did not receive my correct order.
