We went to the store at the time we were told but it wasn't ready. Waited until the screen that it was done, went to the counter to get it and was told they forgot to put it in the oven. No apologies or offers of compensation.

Order food from Pizza Hut saw the commercial for the triple treat box and was excited to try it, pizza was like a frozen pizza really thin and flavorless we also didn’t receive the whole order did not receive the bread sticks that were supposed to come with the order I tried to call and was left ringing and when someone did answer they promptly hung up the phone definitely was not worth the money if I could give it zero stars I would

Maria, as the manager, I hope you take time to read this review. If a customer orders an item, rather than you intentionally screwing up their order and not informing the customer during pick up (where they are paying in store so there's ample time to bring it up), and then when the customer contacts you about it on the drive home, you inform them you don't issue refunds thus the customer can "go ahead and call" customer care. Well, I don't think this 1 star review needs to be justified further. I can understand mistakes happen, but being intentional about an incorrect order and not attempting to provide a refund showcases poor management, lack of service and carelessness. Hope you learn the skills needed to maintain management as I don't see you being one for long.
Somehow on the night of the Superbowl my order was transferred from Topeka Ks to this location in Berkeley IL. My order was 27.26. A medium pepperoni pizza an order of cheesesticks along with a 2 liter of Pepsi. After waiting i realized my order wasnt coming and the app was lagging or something. Im not sure how my order was transferred to IL as i have never been there. I called the location asking for my money to be put back on my card but as of Today 3 days later my money has yet to be refunded. I guess the employee just pocketed my money instead of sending me a refund. Beware of these people at this location.
