I'm disappointed in the service I received this evening. I've been coming here since they opened in my area. I called in my order after googling the city and name as I always do. I get there to find out it was made at their new location which I knew nothing about. I checked the location to ensure I was calling the right place. Me calling the wrong location (if I did)isn't a big deal, but having an owner turn away a long time customer over a burrito is poor customer service. I could see if it was a large special order or catering order. I specified that I did not want to leave and go to their new location as I've never had the food there and just wanted to order there. He refused to make my order because he said his wife already made my burrito at the other location. Even if I had made the mistake that's not how you treat a customer over a $10 order. Not only are you losing the food made, but $$ at this location and a customer which is way more costly. It's really silly when you think about it because if it's the same franchise you still get the money if I order here and the burrito could have still been sold at the other location because I didn't make any changes to how it's made. He's usually pretty hospitable, but I'm truly disappointed in the service tonight. As a business owner, I can attest to the fact that customers may not always be right but you don't want them leaving dissatisfied if you can help it. The food isn't all that good it's just closer than my favorite place. I will intentionally avoid retuning despite the convenience. Do better.

I had an amazing experience at Super Express Taco! The food was absolutely delicious— I had the burrito dinner. The service was friendly and fast. But what really made the night memorable was the unexpected karaoke - It added such a fun, lively vibe to the place and made it feel like more than just a meal—it was an experience. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you’re in the area.

Came here today with my husband and got carne asada taco lunch and a chimichanga. The tacos were some of the BEST I’ve ever had in IL. The meat was amazing quality, the seasoning was decisions and you could tell that the tortillas were hand made, my food was fresh and delish!
My husband loved his food as well, the service was quick, efficient and professional. I will definitely come back! 10/10
African American male went into store I stay in neighbor hood. Treated very wrong. I was told this is how they Trey of fries look.. very obvious not a very diverse restaurant to sit and eat at.. got a refund food very over price. High way robbery for sure.

I got Al pastor tacos. Tell me why they gave me 1/20th of a lime for 3 tacos. Al pastor isn’t even that good. Like how petty can you be??? Not even 1/4th a lime???? My horchata was ALL ice, and the ice tasted freezer burned. The size of the drinks compared to other place is small already why make it worse with ice? Nastyyyyy. Had they given me more limes I for sure would’ve felt differently about the whole experience but this is just pettiness on a whole nother level I can’t even fathom.

Staff were friendly but the food was not the greatest. Foods quality Is not worth how expensive this place is. Drinks are high in price. Tacos de asada were ok. Horchata was good. Food needs more flavor. Al pastor meat has a weird flavor. You probably won’t be going back. Spent $200 here in total for 10 people - take your money somewhere else.
