This place is truly gem in the neighborhood. Their drinks are not only amazing but genuinely healthy, which is hard to find. I’m obsessed with their mega teas they give me so much energy without the crash. Their food is just as good! My go to is the waffles with sugar free whipped cream, bananas, and strawberries… SO delicious. And their protein donuts? Incredible packed with vanilla protein and filled with sugar free caramel.
The customer service is also top tier. Everyone is super welcoming and always happy to answer any questions you have. I highly recommend giving them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

The brownie batter protein shake with extra protein is my absolute favorite! It really does taste like a brownie and if you are lactose intolerant like myself, it doesn't have any dairy in it, which makes it 100x better. Honestly, Anita's Healthy Spot is the best place to be at. Not only are the drinks and food tasty, everyone is super friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know you and talk to you. You never feel out of place because they always make you feel like you belong, especially after a workout. I highly suggest giving it a try!
