I had a taste for rib tips and we found this location. The best decision!!! Ribs tips are flavorful, and the hot bar b que sauce is saucing. We have been back twice since the first time.

I’m no one to complain over a dollar, but if you have an advertisement for specials why not respect the price when charging a customer? The special reads jumbo slice with drink 4.99 but when given the receipt it read 5.99 plus tax.

I won't change the review until something changes. I've tried ordering from this place 4x. I either get put on hold for 10+ minutes or they don't answer. I've been here in person to order a slice before and believe me the pizza is good but the service requires a lot of work. Assuming the older gentleman making the pizza is the owner again ASSUMING. Will I ever get the opportunity to enjoy a full pizza?
UPDATE: Feb 2th 2025 I stated I wouldn't change the review until I saw change. I've ordered pizza, wings, pasta fries by phone 5x since my last review. The food is great. They definitely improved on customer service. The lobby is very clean always room to sit. The delivery is quiet fast, i have yet to have an issue. All in all GREAT JOB. It's nice to know that the business takes the time to read the reviews to fix minor issues before they escalate.

Just picked up a pan pizza and some rib tips and I had to come on here and rave about how good it was. My family devoured those ribs and the pizza was beyond filling. Service is decent, i always appreciate places that give high school and college students a chance.

I am a food critic with my own very successful podcast, I would've given them ano star rating, but Google doesn't allow you to leave a comment without giving a star which I think is b.s. the girl working the front counter was nice probablyher 1st job, she asked the guy in the back if I could get just the rib tips he told her no, which is confusing considering I didn't ask, or want a price reduction I wanted just the rib tips not the meal meaning no sides if they were smart all they had to do was charge me for the meal, & give me no sides which is what I wanted... Instead of enduring a food education class i decided to cut my loss, & theirs, & I walked out, & they lost a very valuable customer considering I have a high amount of subscribers on my podcast; & I will make it my life's mission to make sure that the ppl of Chicagoland & the visitors of Chicagoland know to never ever go here, bcuz they don't know how to satisfy a customer so, prospective customers please be aware that the rating they have is Google algorithm hogwash; bcuz they are not worthy of a star... 💯%

Vegetarian options: I had mosticcoli.. not the best..too much cheese baked on top and dry..not enough meat sauce and meetballs were backed in too.. have had better. Rib tips were pretty good...this place used to be pizza platter! But new owners and classier decore
First time myself and my family have ate this food from here and it was amazing !!! Staff extremely welcoming and pleasant! Will definitely eat from here again!

Foods great but if your open till 10 don't tell customers kitchens closed at 943 on a Friday. Kids running the desk some have manners others do not.. I will not deal w disrespect from a kid!
