We get there and for some reason only taking mobile orders. Fine we order online from the parking lot and then wait 15 minutes. Go to the window and they have nothing that we ordered available but we already ordered online so we got stuck with flavors we didn't want. Will never come back again. Don't recommend going later 11pm they do everything they can go not serve you what you want.

Yo BR, you never have chocolate chip ice cream, Why??? It is one of the 31 flavors. Also, why doesn’t ownership look at these ratings? Why would you allow this to happen? Are you corporate owned and if so, who is the regional management of this establishment? Do they not think ratings matter? Newsflash, they matter. I went today with my buddy waited to be attended only to get cut in line off by a cop. They attended his punk cop first of course. This idiot at the register charged my twice for 3 scoops and 6 doughnuts. Then I called the manager in which she had a crabby attitude like this place doesnt owe 3 scoops and 6 doughnuts.Run Away Save Your Money!

So I ordered a strawberry and pistachio shake and the lady told me that they couldn't mix the two. It was either one or the other. This is the only Baskin I've been to that has told me this . How hard is it to mix two flavors ???????

I stop in the drive thru for a milkshake ? they couldn't serve me, because to make the milkshake there where going to take much time. It wasn't nobody else behind me. Waiting for anything. I'm very disappointed ?. I'm stopping coming to this location.

My second Baskin Robbins tonight, this one IS open, but when I asked to order ice cream, I was told that they were in the process of throwing things away by 1:30 am, so no (dairy) ice cream, only coffee at this time.Complete bummer !
