I Pulled Up To Place An Order And Was Told Place It On The App Because The Computer Is Updating .I said Ok Cool Meanwhile He Asking For My Order So I Assumed I didn’t Need To Place An Online Order.Meanwhile We Still Arguing Over His Mistake He Said Byeeeeeee And All .Wont Be Back .

Wanted to drop off some donuts to our companies account. Sure enough, spotted the Dunkin' Donuts on Cermak Avenue & Ridgeland Ave Area. Place was busy, Clean and the staff was extremely people focused. Got up In Queue, Placed my order for a dozen mixed & various donuts, informed the server that you can mix & match them up as you fit and surely made the presentation impressive. Definitely my go to when in Berwyn! Cheers and have a great Day!

So I ordered a strawberry and pistachio shake and the lady told me that they couldn't mix the two. It was either one or the other. This is the only Baskin I've been to that has told me this . How hard is it to mix two flavors ???????

I've switched to Starbucks a few years ago. Came back to try it out. I now remember why I left! I ordered a box of joe (20 min wait), 2 doz donuts, large iced coffee and 2 bottles of water. I could NOT have any sandwiches or hot food because the oven shut off and it takes too long to turn back on... I guess my 20 min wait wasn't long enough to heat up the oven. Thanks Dunkin' for reminding me why I stopped coming
I stop in the drive thru for a milkshake ? they couldn't serve me, because to make the milkshake there where going to take much time. It wasn't nobody else behind me. Waiting for anything. I'm very disappointed ?. I'm stopping coming to this location.

My second Baskin Robbins tonight, this one IS open, but when I asked to order ice cream, I was told that they were in the process of throwing things away by 1:30 am, so no (dairy) ice cream, only coffee at this time.Complete bummer !

Was driving on day and had a taste for ice cream and they just happened to be in my field of view so I had to make a pit stop to get me some ice cream. Just spoke to Baskin Robins one of the store managers and he helped me place an order for an Oreo Ice Cream cake. Need it for 3 people but decided to order the large because we will love the leftovers for days to follow! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
