JOE & THE STAFF ARE AMAZING HERE! IT'S PIE DAY AND LOTS OF PEOPLE BUT JOE IS KEEPING US ALL ENTERTAINED AND MAKING SURE THE LINES RUN SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY! Workers were very rude. I arrived and approached the counter to pick up my order which was placed ahead of time. As soon as I got to the counter and said hello to the workers by the oven the one facing me (male, glasses, tall, shirt dark hair, ear piece in one ear) walked away to the back. Granted he probably did not hear me because he wearing headphones. When he returned to the front he still did not acknowledge me or greet me. I greeted him again and asked for my online order. He just points to the pizza on the counter in front of us both. I responded, “this is the order here?”. He was short, “yeah”. I really dislike when people CHOOSE to work in customer service positions and not be dedicated to providing good customer service. You sir are the face of the company when I come in to get serviced. No greeting, ignoring, walking away, and being short with customers is a RUDE and unacceptable way to provide customer service. Please do better.

My last time there will be my last time there! Ordered online and was given a pick up 15 to 20 minutes later. They provide a range. Got there when it should be done and nothing. One of the employees said it was being made. Others came in, ordered their pizzas, got them cooked and left. Others came in ordered, got their pizzas and ate. Asked again. They decided to do the people who came on and ordered first, then after 40 minutes they made an about seven online pizzas. I waited 60 minutes for an undercooked pizza. This location seems to have major problems and no manager was working. Other Blaze Pizzas are outstanding. Luckily there are other places with better pizza in Berwyn.Parking: It shares a parking lot with a Starbucks. The line for the Starbucks blocks the parking lot.

The most terrible customer service ever. The guys chatting in front of me for a 10 minutes and making jokes while I'm standing on the line and they even don't look at the people who were waiting for the order. A young black guy was standing in front of me and he was looking at the other guys and was keep talking with holding my pizza. Was discusting!! 0 stars!! I do not know what they are doing in that Pizza store!!

I am vegan and I'm soy free. I love that they cater to every dietary restriction! The staff is also very friendly. I love the build your own because you can customize it anyway you like and they give very general portions on the pizza!!
