It was not very welcoming here, the person who was in front told us to sit anywhere. In my opinion, that is incredibly unprofessional. In my understanding, workers are supposed to lead us to a table. She also had attitude with the tone of her voice. She looked about 18. Our waiter was extremely nice, and she made things a bit better. The food was overall great.

Came here with my friends . They took 45 minutes to sit us down , cool we were more than a party of 5 totally understandable although there were plenty of tables open for us to sit. Food took about 20 minutes to get here , when it got here burger & wings were extremely cold , had to ask for utensils about 3 times, only got checked up 3 times. Service was meh we kept having to call the server, would def not recommend coming to this location. Froes were also cold . Overall not the best experience

This is a typical Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant. Loads of screens with ma y different sports. Numerous sauce options from sweet to deadly spicy!

Disappointing. I ordered a platter of wings and received the wings that were served to me less than warm after waiting over 30 minutes. The end of the drum was cold to the touch. I also ordered a couple of white Russian drinks. The first drink was half the glass while the second drink was a full glass. I paid $15.50 for each drink. Imo, it's not worth the $57 plus 15% tip. Furthermore, one of the guests that I was going to sit next to said the seat was already taken. I sat myself one chair over and was seated there for almost 2 hours, nobody showed for the other seat during my visit. Awful guest experience and poor vibes.

Today I visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and when I tell you those wings were crispy and cooked exactly how I like them — they were PERFECT! I enjoyed every bite. The service was just as amazing as the food. Yay, I truly appreciate your professionalism, patience, and attentiveness. She checked on me consistently and made sure I had everything I needed. At one point I told her, “Girl, I’ve got to give you a good review because you rock!” I would absolutely recommend this location. Great food, great vibes, and even better service. I’ll definitely be back!

Placed an order online at this location @ about 1230pm, I literally did not get my order until 1:20pm. I've been inside the restaurant literally waiting for someone just to come to the desk for atleast 20min. The restaurant was not busy and my order was only 6wings & fries. Why did it take nearly an hour to retrieve my order only to be disappointment with COLD wings & hot fries. I immediately returned to notify who appeared to be a manager but definitely didn't reflect the title. Instead of apologizing for the long wait & cold food he kept cutting me off asking what I want him to do. Obviously I want hot food in a reasonable time if not a refund would've been in order. The order was placed again and was out in less than 10min, not sure why it took nearly an hour the 1st time. Training is definitely needed at this location, for now I won't be back.

The worse wait in the world. The server took multiple people over me and my date tonight mind you he checked us in first . He cursed at someone in front of multiple guests . Horrible place. Management needs to do better and make sure this dosnt happen anymore. Poor management and a poor greeting server . Clearly showing discrimination

I usually don’t come here but it was a wait to sit idk why there were alot of tables free maybe they didn’t have staff. I wasn’t told I had to pay with server I waited in a line to pay and they sent me back they could have just let me pay after waiting in line for a while. Servers were not seen for a while. Idk if u want to come back.
