Iâm honestly not the hugest fan of BWW however this location was really fun to visit. We got there and had the cutest, most friendly waitress who paid so much attention to us. Her name was Jackie and she definitely deserves such a special shout out. Not only did let us know about the perks or signing up for email (free chips & salsa!!) but she just made sure to keep checking on us. She mentioned she was new but she had amazing service skills. If you plan on going, ask for Jackie w/ the short hair! My family and I will def be stopping in again soon.

This is near my place, this is usually my to go place for some good wings. Yesterday the server the moment we got there she seemed off edge. She had an attitude. It was just my nephew and I then my daughter. The plates were not removed from the table. I ordered spicy garlic wings but they were extremely salty. The manager removed them from my table but gave me a plate to put them in. He literally waited until I chose all the spicy garlic ones. Which I didnât even know exactly which ones because I had another flavor. He came back with 4 which is what I had put on the other plate and said âI threw an extra one in there for yaâ I ordered the chocolate cake with ice cream but there was no ice cream on it! The dishes were all piled up. This was on 2/10/2025 on 2/8/2025 I went with my brother and daughter. We were still eating but the waitress decided to bring the receipt to us without us asking for the tab. She was basically kicking us out. I said âno ima order to goâ⊠staff needs better training. Manager shouldnât have waited until I picked the wings out.

One server covering about 10 tables is a recipe for slow service. She was nice, but she even talked fast just to keep it moving. The manager started helping her halfway into our visit, and then the service got better.

Terrible service from the person who assigns you the table and tells you that there are no tables available and they are all empty. You go to eat at the bar so that another person can come in and because they are White, I assign them a table in the area where they said there was no table for 2. people, the truth is that it is racism, it's a shame that that person behaves like that, on the other hand, there is an African-American boy who works there, very young, but with the best attitude, cordially respectful service and always attentive to the clients, they should have more people like him, if they are worth it Too bad I think his name was Jeremy, I'm not really sure but my respects go to him, an excellent waiter.

They initially sat us at a very awkward sitting despite the room being filled with open natural sitting spots. Our waiter forgot about our food and requests. The food came out cold but overcooked? Then at the end our check had extra charges I had to let him know about.

That chicken sandwich was so disgusting all bread barley chicken, I stepped in the car after my meal and felt so disgusted out of no where right in that moment I knew it was the food I had just ate the Pepsi has a whole bunch of sugar I got bubble guts as well I donât recommend that on the menu!!
Great atmosphere and very fast service all the waiters are knowledgeable of all prices and foods, very clean and everybody seems to be happy itâs definitely service with a smile, Alex and cashier Becka i think thatâs her name was wonderful i visited on New yearâs day and although the place wasnât full with people the staff was here and ready for service i love this particular restaurant.

No problems with visit, they seemed to be short staffed with just a few servers. Also didn't have the NFL game on a lot of the TV's, but overall meal was good
I had a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The fries were cold, overcooked and honestly felt like theyâd been sitting out for way too long. To make matters worse, they were ridiculously overpriced for what was served. If Iâm paying premium prices, I expect fresh, hot foodânot something that tastes like leftovers. Definitely not worth it.
