I have eaten buona for YEARS now, and have ordered from this location multiple times But yesterday when I ordered a avocado chicken and burger I have to say it was the most disappointing experience ever, the burger had been my favorite for AGES, but I literally almost threw up at how disgusting it was, no seasoning, the lettuce was BLACK and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours, honestly Save your money, I tried calling them and no one ever answered, the WORST part is I personally used to work for this company for 5 years, they literally don’t give a crap about quality, I see things haven’t changed

Go home to Eat it it was a NO It's the taste I believe they may be using a Different Brand or Company of Beef Ughh taste like it been sitting in water and Some of the meat was chop so small like for a small child like Wth. Nope I will try Pete's on Ridgeland or Marcos. Buona on Roosevelt Fell off Big time
