Placed order online for pick up. Food was prepared as requested and everything was delicious. When I arrived to pick up my food I was greeted with genuine smiles and that is very welcoming. The restaurant always looks well taken care of and clean. Great job Buona Team!

It is a place where you can enjoy a meat sandwich with French fries or onions. The place is good, it is pleasant. You just have to keep it clean, because the garbage on the tables is sometimes unpleasant. You pour your drink and you can refil. There is not much service in Spanish. They should increase more bilingual staff. It is in an area where there are many Hispanic people.

I was visiting family in Chicago and they recommended this place. I was shocked to see they had a vegan Italian beef sandwich. I could not tell that it was plant-based. Awesome ?. Go there!!! You won't be disappointed.
