Horrible the employees are horrible. The worst customer service ever I asked for a whopper fresh. He gave me a burnt whopper maybe the oldest patty he’s had there all day. It was burnt and dry like it’s been sitting there all day. They act like they don’t even wanna work like they don’t even wanna take your order super rude.

I had a attitude problem with some last time she was so mean for no reason i asked for my burger plain and stuff and she STILL GAVE IT TO ME WITH other condiments that i didnt ask for like and then i told her thats not how i wanted she said thats how u wanted it she said let me see ur receipt but she said took it prior so i said its on the other receipt and it did say plain and I said I want it with cheese and lettuce she said it only said chesse im like well js add the lettuce she wanted to b right so hard and she wasnt i dont know what she was but she was super rude never going back!!!!!!!!!!!!

The night lady Anna is honestly the best drive through person I’ve ever experienced. She’s so sweet and outgoing and made the late night adventure to Burger King awesome! She’s was so patient with me as well while I was figuring out what I wanted to eat! She deserves the world ❤️

Customer service is horrible . Went through drive through and nobody spoke to take my order until i said something . I then went inside and one of the workers had red eyes as though he was under the influence. He is constantly making my milkshake thick and can’t go through the straw . Fries were old as well . This location is right across the street from my apartment , but i will be driving further for better quality and service .
