If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. THE WORST customer service EVER! Both the rude woman who was at the counter and the manager (who should either be demoted or removed all together) have no clue about customer service. I placed my order online (T-Mobile free Impossible Whopper if you spend $3.00) Followed the directions, the order went through, went to the counter to pick it up and the counter lady didn't even know my order, she kept looking for it and finally found it but said that there was no Whopper! I said I ordered the Impossible Whopper and she said it wasn't on the order. I went back to the Burger King App and it said the offer was already redeemed! Counter lady called the manager who didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. I asked her THE MANAGER if she could void my order and then I would reorder it! THE MANAGER said that she can't void orders, that I would have to call Burger King and talk to them. I asked for a phone number and she didn't know what it was! This is the incompetence that passes for managers now. Since when can't a manager void an order? And counter lady was incredibly rude. My incomplete order was left on the counter so I took a video of me showing the order and saying that I was leaving without the order. I should have figured something was wrong with this place when it was totally empty of customers. Stay away from here.

The manager on duty (I think her name was Elizabeth) lacks customer service skills. She also lacks patience. She is rude and disrespectful to a paying customer.Mobile orders must be picked up inside the restaurant. I thought I should tell you that before she yells at you through the drive through speaker and tells you to take it up with her GM.GM. Please reach out to me. I teach customer service. Sitting in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes just for some French fries is ridiculous. The sad thing is that once you order and someone pulls in behind you there is no way out.

First thing I noticed was there was not a single clean table in the place. Seriously not one clean table, but I had already submitted an order in the app so I was committed to eating here. I cleaned a table off myself with wipes I brought for my child. Multiple customer came in after I arrived, ordered at the counter, and received my food before me. I write this review as I wait 20 minutes for my order.I went to the counter. They never called my name or order number as the app directed would happen. My food had been sitting in a bag for 20mintues under a warming light. I requested a refund. I was told I had to get a refund in the app (more work for me) and blamed for not asking for my food earlier. Horrible experience.

Horrible service. Ordered thru BK app and when I went to the drive thru ,the employee told me that my order is not ready yet and that I can wait in front of the store and he will bring my order to the car when done.After 20 min wait,I decided to walk in the store and check on my order to find it packed and left on the shelf !!Just wasted my time waiting to get my food cold at the end.Update:Now I am checking my order ,they put the wrong drink ?Very frustrating experience.
