Every single time I come to this location, they hand me my drink at the drive through window, then instruct me to pull in front of the store to wait for my food. They do this as they are timed for how long it takes from placing the order to the completion of the order. They are manipulating their drive thru times for their corporate office. BK sees nothing wrong as their times show as being speedy, while in reality I am sitting in front of the store for sometimes up to 10 minutes. This practice needs to stop. It's not fair that they look like they are doing a good job for corporate while in reality, the customer suffers. Do your jobs and get your customers through in a timely manner, like you are supposed to do!

I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. I sat at the drive thru window another 10-15 minutes while nobody came to the window with the food. Finally I get my order and the girl hands me food, receipt folded over my change. I looked at her and said where is the rest of my money. She rudely replied,”I gotta go get it”! Like I should of figured that out. The attitude was extremely disrespectful and the customer service is horrible!

This location smelled so bad when I went on Sunday 10/27 I almost threw up and I didn’t want to tell the cashier anything because she had another customer. But really y’all need to clean more often. I believe the smell came from the fountain drink location!!! Seriously disgusted!!!

I wanted an iced coffee and they stated they had none bc they did not make it. I got an iced drink instead but as a coffee fanatic I was not thrilled about that mishap. Hope they have it next time !

Very bad service here. I went there to pick up my foods and did say hello and wait about 15 minutes but no body talk to me. The worker face looks like not happy to working here. I will delete my burger king account no more eat Burger King anymore. ??

On Sunday afternoon sept. 15th at 2:30pm sat there as a customer inside the store waiting why they took care of four people in the Drive-Thru all they simply kept saying was hello hello is anybody working in the front all of a sudden some lady from the back comes out shoving food in her mouth saying you're just going to have to wait we're busy licking her fingers and then says does everybody got everything for drive through and ignored me that place is extremely ignorant their food taste like has been sitting for days and their service is slow
