food is alright, workers aren’t the nicest …went in to get food after work, as i was moving down the line & was choosing what i wanted the worker started loudly discussing with the coworker next to them about how „i got too much” in my burrito, right in front of me? even walked away & started asking around for someone else to finish up w me because they „couldn’t do it”, felt incredibly judgy & made fun of? in a way? when i was checked out by the coworker they had discussed my order with i was made to feel stupid? i understand complaining about an annoying order, i guess, but not in front of the person ordering …? at least wait for the person to walk away/leave to complain? i work in customer service currently, i’ve worked food service in the past, i understand how frustrating it can be & how annoying some things can be, i truly do, but all i can say is that was incredibly uncalled for …definitely felt like it had been done on purpose for me to hear, especially when the worker walked away & started asking others to assist me instead …just weird & uncomfortable.

They seem to have hired a new guy named Vivano? He was absolutely wonderful. He had phenomenal customer service. Everyone else who works there, I can’t say that same. Not friendly what so ever and tbh straight up ignorant and rude. Shout out my cashier Elizabeth for talking to me like I’m a dumb ass. Loved that.

The barbacoa was empty. The drink area was a mess. Rice is bland no flavor ,beans no flavor, and the steak has no flavor or seasonings. I have never tasted chipotle with no flavor and it’s horrible complete waste of money I will never go to this location again. Also the staff has such a bad attitude and not just my experience completely ignored the guy in front of me waiting to pick up his order.

SO LAZY AND RUDE... doesn't even greet you... just waits for u to start ordering.... the bowls of meat are empty.. not very appealing. So I ask when are you refilling the meat because I would like Xtra meat .. she responded... that's all we got. Rudely. Never going back.... plenty of other restaurants in the area to pick from . Zero stars. By the way the dine in area was messy.

I was there today December 6 I was getting my food and the manager she was yelling at the employees in front of the people very unprofessional I think if they have to say something not there in front every body she was screaming this is how you got serve the portion and she was using the spons in the food screaming very desapota I go there old the time but I'm not gonna go there any more I was ready to said something to her she's very unrespetfuld to her employees

I barely go to chipotle anymore because most locations have such bad service, but I was in a rush and had a great experience at this location. I didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know the associates name, but she immediately helped me even though the store looked like they were preparing to close. She even offered me to taste the brisket after I asked her if she liked it. Happily surprised by my customer service and food quality at this location!

The Berwyn Chipotle is the worst location with regards to quality. All other Chipotle restaurants I have been to fill the ingredients to an acceptable level. Time and time again my order is lacking an ingredient and less than half full when ordered through delivery. My recent chicken salad order is about 1/3 full, and no veggies which were originally ordered. This should not be tolerated if Chipotle wants to maintain a Class A brand. Horrible quality.
