For starters, the place opened 15 minutes late. I ended up going to store a few doors down to shop (while I waited for them to open) after chitchatting with the employee, she said other customers complained of the same thing - so not sure if this is a habit for them or just that week…?Honestly, what prompted me to leave this review is the fact that there were only 3 other tables, our food was brought out fast - but it was COLD. We only ordered pancakes and French toast, so it tells me that our food was not made fresh and just reheated. I fully understand restaurants use frozen foods sometimes, but when a breakfast restaurant can’t even make French toast…I can overlook a lot of things, but the store opening late, our cold food, the coffee creamer we never got - it just all added up for a terrible first experience.I will say the presentation of the food and drinks was amazing (they added little Spring cookies and touches to all of the food/drinks). If the food had actually been hot, it was have been 5 stars and I never would have known it was just reheated and not made fresh.

Amazing elegant decor and atmosphere — made me feel like I was in a wedding venue. I tried the chicken tinga crepe -- it was good, but not as spicy as I thought it would be. Felt a bit plain but the crepe itself was excellent.

This is a cute place if you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion. My friends ordered salmon, chicken and panini sandwich and they said it was good.I had the salad which was a little bland and pricey for what got - romaine lettuce, frozen corn, some thin radishes, half an avocado and a very thin slice of chicken. Drinks were descent. Here is were the disappointment comes in. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and we ordered 2 different kinds of sweet crepes at 15-16 dollars. We asked our waitress for each crepe to have a candle to celebrate our friends birthday. When we got our bill we noticed we were up charged $25 for each crepe just because we asked for the candles. $50 for 2 crepes with a candelabra that the restaurant gets to keep I think is a little steep. What bothered me the most is that our waitress didn’t disclose that there would be an up charge so this took us by complete surprise. So beware of this if you’re thinking of asking for candles. Also bring cash because they charge a 3% credit card fee even if you pay with debit.

I always felt like a princess when eating there. My friend knows the owner, she’s such a wonderful person and the waiters there are also kind. Love the presentation of the food too. This is definitely a restaurant on the pricier side, but a great place for a special occasion. Perfect for the girlies, or a mother and daughter brunch.

I've been eyeing this place for a while, and finally stopped by for lunch in December. Located in Oak Park, Illinois, this local diner boasts a unique vintage chic decor that sets the perfect ambiance, especially for a girls' brunch. Serving brunch and dinner, the menu offers a variety of options. We indulged in crepes, the rib-eye panini, culichi panini, and alfredo pizza, and every dish was simply divine. The culichi panini was a standout—I almost didn't want to share! During the holiday season, they presented their drinks in adorable ways. From traditional hot chocolate to gingerbread and churro milkshakes, every sip was delightful. I can't wait to return, I’ve recommend this place to others and will return soon for another satisfying experience.

The aesthetic is beautiful. The food is flavorful but the customer service was a little slow and the price was a bit much for one crêpe and the food. It was good, but not outstanding for the price if you want to go for the aesthetic, this is a place to go. If you're looking for a quality food versus price this is not the place to go.

This restaurant did not disappoint when it comes to decor ambiance. You are definitely transported to an french movie scene the moment you walk in. The service is excellent. Food presentation is superb. EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL!!! HOWEVER, the actual quality/value of the food leaves room for improvement. The crepas where exquisite (after all, it's the specialty). Everything else is just ok. You can likely get more bang for your buck another breakfast place with better taste. We paid cash but we were still charged an unknown "convenience fee" (not a credit card fee).Is this a place that I am hooked on? NOWould I come back? ABSOLUTELY (even the toilet brush holder in the restroom is pretty)Great place if you have little princesses at home that want to be enchanted. EXCELLENT if you are just there for crepas! You pay for the decor and the experience. If you are looking for amazing food, this NOT the place for you.
