I always enjoyed coming by for the positive, energetic atmosphere and the employees who were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, they all seem to have been let go, and the current staff just go through the motions. They don’t make you feel welcome. In fact, they make you feel more like a burden. The food is still good, though.

The a/c is broken or something is wrong and the heat is turned up. It’s too hot in this place to for these workers to be here or to eat here. Had to take the food and just eat outside. You can see the workers sweating. (Btw the bathrooms are actually colder) property management do better.

Food is a bit overpriced but, I think most are as of late. My BIGGEST issue is the floor is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS nasty and wet even. Not from mopping but more like spills that aren't cleaned.
We were very surprised about the food, service and atmosphere, very friendly personal l, food is great, like home made, shake was delicious and I was very 😯 surprised they have root beer! We can't asked for anything else!

One of our cheeseburger meals had a hair in it. Drove back to the restaurant to get a refund. They wouldnt even refund the entire meal, just the cheeseburger. Seemed intent on doing the bare minimum to compensate us for the burger with a large hair in it even though we had to drive all the way back. Very dissappinted in culvers for not making this right.

I love Culver's, it is one of the best, if not THE best fast casual burger spot. Every single location I've been to in the city have been great, I'm only giving the food 4 stars today because my bun was served cold. It wasn't toasted or buttered like other times, but other than that, everything was great.
