It was my first time there. I was very impressed. I will be back.
Love the milkshake with fruit flavors
Great burgers
Got a salad with iceberg lettuce and no blue cheese crumbles. Nothing advertised on the picture. My kids meal didn't have a drink. Completely dissatisfied with my order. I wish I had the energy to want to go back and get a refund.
We spent $40 here, I was elated because the last time we at from here the food was delicious. This time it was horrible, I ask for well done, my meat was pink, stuck my fork in the mashed potatoes, I damn near lifted them up out of the bowl, like they were frozen then microwaved real quick and gave to me. I'm disappointed.
Food is good the prices are too high

Service I'd horrible they move slower than turtles and slower than snails and this is before the lunch crowd. I work in food service. I'd fire these people if they worked for me.

I placed a mobile order and it took 45 extra minutes to get my order from the time I was scheduled to receive my order. I don't think a meal with just chicken nuggets and a shake will take almost an hour to make it. Even after I had sent 10 notifications to let you know I was already in the parking lot waiting for my order. The worst was that my food was all cold. I will never come back to this location.

Good Food, Fast Service, but Some Drawbacks
I recently stopped by this Culver’s, and while the food and service met the reliable standards I’ve come to expect from the chain, the overall experience was just okay.
The food was fresh and tasted great, and the service was impressively fast—no complaints there. However, the location itself feels a bit old and outdated compared to other Culver’s I’ve visited. It’s not that it’s unclean or poorly maintained, but it could definitely use a refresh to match the more modern look of other locations.
What really impacted the visit, though, was the constant sound of ambulance sirens. With the Loyola hospital so close by, it felt like a siren passed every 30 seconds, making it hard to fully enjoy the meal. I can’t imagine how much it must bother the employees who work here every day!
Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for the classic Culver’s experience, but the ambiance could use some improvement.
