Ordered 2 pizzas. One was gluten-free. 15 minutes after I ordered, they called to say they don't have gluten-free and to offer me a regular pizza instead. This place could hospitalize someone with gluten sensitivity.

Ordered through the app. 45 minutes after it said it would be 30-40 minutes, no part of my order was even started. They told me it would be 15 more minutes. I told them to cancel, who know if I’ll get a refund. Also terrible location, inaccessible on a Friday. Avoid at all costs.

Apps says service temporarily unavailable... Called they said they are backed up so i was okay with the 1Hour wait time but they cant Honor any Coupons from the App... So what do i do wait the hour hope and pray the app works so i can wait another hour for the food to be done. Dominos customer service is non existent.

Driver just left the food on our porch without knocking, calling, texting, anything. By the time we happened to see it, it was freezing cold. When I called to ask about it, the woman who answered the phone claimed that that's what they always do. I've ordered from this Dominos many times and they have *never* done this. When I told her that, she just told me not to talk to her that way. No apology, no offer to make things right in any way, not even a reasonable explanation--just a flat out lie about their regular policy and that's that. It's unfortunate because my kids like their food, and we've always gotten good service before, but I'm not ordering from there again until the next staff turnover. Given what I just experienced, I can't imagine that should take long.

When they get the order right the pizza hits the spot. I did a mobile order for take out and forgot to get the pizza before leaving the store. It’s obviously there was no quality check on my order as you can clearly see there a no jalapeños and I ordered Jalapeños. Then I don’t know why they cut it unevenly. At that point just leave it whole and I’ll cut it. Then they were dismissive when giving my the pizza as I had to ask for my ranch and marinera sauce multiple times. I enjoy ordering at dominos for their pan pizza but if they are going to mess up my order this bad I’ll stick with Little Caesar as I’ve never had an issue with them.

DON'T PARK IN DUNKIN DONUTS PARKING LOT. they tow cars every Friday and Saturday like crazy. Why do your Domino's drivers park in front on Cermak? Leaving no parking for customers.Then the customer parks in Dunkin Donuts only to be towed.
The food isn’t as good as it used to be. I ordered a pizza and clearly someone didn’t change their gloves because it tasted like onion when i just ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and the chicken Alfredo is tasty very flavorful less, overcooked, and soggy chicken.

The current one Mr Big body build always has something smart to say and doesn’t know how to talk to customers needs to go it’s been many times that I’ve wanted to confront him for the disrespect he’s shows me, my spouse and I guarantee a lot of paying customers that go to that location and out of respect to myself and fam I haven’t done it. Seriously guy needs to go and on top of it all having to wait over an hour for some wings just to have to cancel my order and go get the Same at PIZZA HUT that took them no more than 15 min DOMINOS HAS LOST all it’s standards in this location…..

I wanted to place an order outside to pick up or delivery first excuses that for the order when they close at 12 and then they take the order for delivery to cicero and once the order is finished they tell us that they do not arrive, terrible attention and staff that they have in this location
