Terrible customer service. Rude employees who have not been trained and don’t care. Jorge the “supervisor” wouldn’t provide proof that my order was cancelled either, seems to be a common complaint. Won’t be ordering here again.

This “Jose “ driver as so disrespectful. I placed an order online for delivery and didn’t add a tip bc it was going to be handled to him in cash. Before my wife handle him the tip he said “next time tell your husband to leave a tip” this is the kind of ppl dominos has working?? Sad.

Last 3 times in a row, customer service left much to desire, I get it's busy however customer service is branding for business. 1st time my order was refused because they were too busy and couldn't take my order. 2nd time it was like they were annoyed that they had to come and tend to the register. 3rd. Time this person straight up had no phone etticut whatsoever and straight listened to my what I had voiced politely and rudely hung up. Your food is good however not only do we pay for the food, that should come in hand with good customer service as well.
The atmosphere was straight up busy! Not so much inviting . Get your food and be gone!

Ordered Two Pizzas I Got. A Text Message That Said They Were Pulling up And I Had My Door Open Waiting. NO Body Ever Came To The Door More Then 15 mins pass And I Call Only For Them To Tell Me Its My Problem Cause I Didn't Answer But Literally Got No Call. My husband ordered 2 pizzas for delivery (he was working) when the driver approached our house with the pizzas he immediately asked “Where’s my tip? Next time tell your husband to tip” mind you, tipping is optional and he didn’t give me the chance to speak let alone put the pizzas down
(was going to tip in cash). Incredibly rude and for the absolute horrible character I DEFINITELY DIDN’T tip him. You know what these dominos drivers have? AUDACITY. Poor behavior.

Ordered online carry out 30 minutes before arriving to store. When I got there even tho the online tracker stated it was being overlooked, they skipped my order #94 and had #95 and #96 already made. How does that even make sense? They pick and choose literally who to service first. Like 15 people in a dominoes but service is slow and sucks. Go to another branch. Save yourself the trouble.
