I like the place. And it seems fair to play at. But rude and trashy people here. Feels uncomfortable to be in at times. They get jealous when u win. Even the people working here are not too nice.

Jesus is a sweetheart! Made my first gaming experience with Dotty's a great one. His customer service is far beyond exceptional. He has a smiling face & courteous. Way more than I can say for some of the ppl at other gaming lounges.

Went there and won 140 and machine went down on a Saturday afternoon I could not cash my ticket cause they worker where closed till Monday I’m not complaining but I’m a regular there and spend a lot of Monday so for me to wait Till Monday for 140 is ridiculous don’t get me wrong staff that work there are great but I won’t be back only to get me 140 that’s it this place a joke

Just a horrible experience. We went here to have a little fun. Just wanted to do something different. When we arrived we asked to use the bathroom and was told that we had to Spend at least $20 playing games first. We walked right out the door.
