Worst service out of all the Dunkin's in the area. I've only gone because it was the last Dunkin before getting to work. They take forever to take your order. Have to repeat the order three time. Then they mess up the order every time. If you ask for the correct order it takes them longer and now have to hold up the line even longer because of them. This place really does suck. Needs new management or owners.

Their apple fritter is not the same as it used to be.The one they serve now is basically a glazed jelly donut.If you want a real apple fritter try location in McCook IL.That location still serves a real apple fritter.Don't know why different locations aren't the same.

Came through tonight at 1:30 am after placing a prepaid mobile order. I don't usually have any issues with the night shift employees but tonight I was ignored and left to sit in drive for 10 minutes and was never addressed or told to wait a moment and there were no signs stating it was closed. This location is supposedly 24 hours. That was incredibly rude and when you pay for your food ahead of time only to not receive any service (because the employees are probably drinking at the bar across the street) it's frustrating.

I forgot my purse here and someone turned it in. Worker’s were fantastic about putting it aside and when I called they told me they had it. Not only did I have a great cup of coffee but I felt like the people really cared.

Always get my order wrong. I order cold brew and they give me regular iced coffee. They think we can't tell the difference? Sucks having to spend money just to not get what you want. I don't have time to turn around and ask them to remake it just get it right the first time damn.
