AMAZING!!!
Decided on a vacation week! Chose Berwyn due to its proximity to Chicago. Glad we did!
What a great community!
We stopped in around 5pm. Nice greeting! Quickly seated.
We started with the Bruschetta. Instantly knew we were in the right place! Grilled bread! Not to hard not to soft. Fresh ingredients, great flavor.
I chose the lamb chops. Holy Smokes! Best I’ve ever had and that’s saying something!! I don’t know how they did it!!?? Grilled! Breaded! Crunchy! Tender! Perfectly cooked. Broccoli perfectly! Served with potatoes that were a little crispy with big flavor!
My wife had the Crab Cake. It was huge! Loaded with crab and perfectly seasoned and fried. The sauce paired perfectly with this dish. She also had penne pasta in their Marsala sauce. Again, everything was fresh and amazing.
Ended it all with 2 desserts because why not!
Tiramisu….Amazing
Crème Brûlée…Amazing
We ate all over Chicago, this was our #1 favorite!
Thanks for a great meal! I’ll be dreaming about those chops!! 🤤🤤😃
Fettuccine diavolo was the best I've had since I was in Rome!
All white walls.

I loved it! The food is delicious, as are the desserts and coffee. The service is excellent, Fer is very attentive.
Gaia Italiano was good. Our server was great, and attentive. We enjoyed our meal, but left feeling like flavors were missing, and our expectations were higher than what we ended up eating. I mostly made this reservation hoping to have the table side tiramisu I had seen in social media, and unfortunately that was not offered. Overall it was good, but a little pricey for the quality.
The table cloths, atmosphere and professional staff made my solo dinner experience relaxing and enjoyable. The minestrone was true to its name..served hot and not salty. The luncheon pasta with clams ( 2dozen) was meaty and offing with taste….perfect in every way. Al dente for sure.
Service very attentive…a five star restaurant and worth sampling all the menu items. Bravo!!
We haven't had the best of luck with local Italian dining options so we were pleasantly surprised at Gaia. Really good, nice portion sizes, good location, informative server. We will be back!
I had this awesome special, fettuccini with pepper and truffle of some kind. I’m a vegetarian, so I can’t usually partake of the specials at restaurants. This food was TO DIE FOR! So decadent and full of flavor! I asked for spinach to go with mine, and even the spinach that didn’t have pasta sauce on it tasted delicious. It was probably also the most I’ve ever paid for a single dish (vegetarian, remember?), but worth every penny!
The staff were really nice and attentive, and the restaurant had a nice aesthetic to it. I highly recommend this place, the food is AMAZING!
My calamari tasted spoiled and I had to return it. Altogether, a predictable menu with average food. The best part was our very friendly server.
pasta and the antipasta tasted amazing and portions were well, prices were fair, deserts were mid, service was well, got seated fast and taken care of well.

First time at Gaia, we will definitely be back. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!!!
We always enjoy the excellent food and ambience of Gaia. It's truly a local treasure.
The food and service was excellent. The homemade papardelle with Bolognese was outstanding. We came to find out that the owner, Maurizio, came from the same place in Sicily that my grandfather came from. We will definitely be back!
Great food. Great service. Great value. Food was served quickly and everything tasted great! We had the Calamari, Lasagna, Lamp Chops and Tiramisu (to go).
Food was outstanding, service was excellent, ambience was perfect. Highly recommend for a good date night.
