This is a follow-up on my original complaint I called the corporation up and left them 2 messages with my name and number and no one has gotten back to me and it's been over a week. I guess they don't care how to run their business either or can care about complaints.I guess they got to big to care about their customers

We ordered a small specialty pizza. Ready in about 35 minutes for pick up and the staff was pleasant. The pizza honestly was just ok, maybe it was the sauce, 3.5 but we rounded up. We try a different pizza when we visit and the competition is stiff. It was also priced a little higher at about 27.00 for the small.

We loved their pizza and the employees were very nice!
However, there was this family who thought we shouldn’t be there because we weren’t black. They whispered, “did you see them?”, “yes, I did lol” and kept staring at us. Sad to see racism anywhere but this made us uncomfortable. Being an Asian, this was the first obvious racism I’ve experienced. The food was great though so nothing against the restaurant ?

Was there for lunch today and the sevice was excellent ?. The garlic Parmesan fries are the best fries I ever had. The menu selections were so good I had a hard time choosing. Will definitely be back. And We love the pizza so from now on we're calling for our weekly pizza night. Hope I'm able to order some of those fries ? and try out some more of the sandwiches.

The food was great!! I mean excellent!!! This location gives off the taste of the food they used to have 20 years ago. Like they are doing the food right!! I would definitely go back! They got the right chefs in the kitchen, and the service was great. I will be back, and I would definitely recommend this location.
It has good food The service got better after I gave a get it moving tip but it was really pleasant after

My family and I (4 in total) sat in the restaurant for 45 minutes and never even received the appetizer and salad. No food ever came. We watched someone who identified herself as a manager stand at the bar.
We walked in and were never were greeted. We watched the manager and other staff stand and point as we walked in, still no greeting. After we were seated, we watched as it looked like the staff was having a meeting in the middle of the restaurant while we didn't even have drinks.
After other tables got their appetizers and food we approached the manager who explained that they were short staffed. That still didn't explain the terrible experience. We left after 45 minutes of no updates, no food, or explanation. Never again!

Ordered a 6-piece chicken dipper but was only able to eat one. They were beyond bland & tasteless and the BBQ sauce didn't make them any better because it too was awful, don't know why some restaurants have issues of seasoning their food. The pizza was ok, not the best I've had since they've changed the ingredients of what a real HRI pizza taste like, we use to go every other weekend but now it's every other year, I really miss the authenticity of this place. Don't want to sound bias but the frozen pizza taste 2x better than the freshly made...
