I tried to give Jimmy John's the benefit of the doubt, but their customer service is clearly non-existent. Let me reiterate: my drive-thru experience was beyond upsetting. I waited over 30 minutes in line, which is ridiculous in itself. was told someone would contact me. Guess what? Crickets. Radio silence. Nothing. So here I am, publicly airing my grievances AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and skip this Jimmy John's. They clearly don't care about their customers, and they certainly don't care about getting orders right. Freaky fast? More like freaky frustrating. I'm done.
Update: their response was just more waste of my time. Not a single response. Be better
Stay Away. Not freaky not fast. Spent over 30 min in drive thru because their speaker won't work. Kid behind window wouldn't even acknowledge

In to -go bag, there was no indication on each individual sandwich marking what was ordered. humans had to paw each order to find out which sandwich was theirs.

I love getting the Turkey Tom or the Spicy East Coast Italian if I’m hungry hungry lol
I love to order online and get it delivered when I am working from home but the last two times they messed up my order. I received the wrong sandwich one time and the other time I ordered and side pasta salad and never received it.
I called the store and received a refund so make sure to call if your order is wrong.

I ordered the Vito on Thursday for lunch. I ate about an hour and a half later I started to not feel well. As the day went on I had a headache and terrible stomach ache. I was so sick and yup it was food poisoning. That night and the whole next day vomiting body aches and fever. Never ever again will I eat from this place. How disgusting. Either someone preps food with dirty hands or it’s 3 day old lunch meat. Do better Jimmy John’s. You guys literally made me sick. Think before you eat out. Disgusting. You can kill someone with your toxic food.

10/03 2pm The cashier with the beard and mustache (not the sandwich maker) has a very bad attitude, I asked a simple question, and he gave me an attitude. I won’t recommend anyone to eat but here or eat inside. But thanks you to the guy who took over, your energy is great!

Clueless folks work here. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered curbside, checked in via the app, & waited almost 10 min before going in myself to grab it. Sandwiches are good but employees appear incompetent.
EDIT: Turns out I am the fool. I did not realize there was parking on the other side of the building, & that is where the curbside pick-up parking is. My bad - bumping the stars from 2 to 4. ✌?

Ordered the food at 1:28 pm and received my order at 2:30 pm mind you this was for delivery and what is jimmy johns commercials known for? There slogan "freaky fast delivery" should be freaky slow delivery instead. If you want your food quick just go in person because through delivery it ain't worth it.
