When I finally received my sandwich, it immediately hit all the right notes. The bread was toasted to perfection, providing that satisfying crunch alongside a soft, flavor-enhancing interior. I love me a chocolate chip cookie from there.

ONE STAR. And I'm being generous. I'm writing this update because, shockingly, NO ONE has followed up with me about my previous complaint. Absolutely unacceptable. I tried to give Jimmy John's the benefit of the doubt, but their customer service is clearly non-existent. Let me reiterate: my drive-thru experience was beyond upsetting. I waited over 30 minutes in line, which is ridiculous in itself. was told someone would contact me. Guess what? Crickets. Radio silence. Nothing. So here I am, publicly airing my grievances AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and skip this Jimmy John's. They clearly don't care about their customers, and they certainly don't care about getting orders right. Freaky fast? More like freaky frustrating. I'm done.

I love getting the Turkey Tom or the Spicy East Coast Italian if I’m hungry hungry lol
I love to order online and get it delivered when I am working from home but the last two times they messed up my order. I received the wrong sandwich one time and the other time I ordered and side pasta salad and never received it.
I called the store and received a refund so make sure to call if your order is wrong.

I ordered the Vito on Thursday for lunch. I ate about an hour and a half later I started to not feel well. As the day went on I had a headache and terrible stomach ache. I was so sick and yup it was food poisoning. That night and the whole next day vomiting body aches and fever. Never ever again will I eat from this place. How disgusting. Either someone preps food with dirty hands or it’s 3 day old lunch meat. Do better Jimmy John’s. You guys literally made me sick. Think before you eat out. Disgusting. You can kill someone with your toxic food.
