The 4pc chicken tenders had about the same amount of chicken and a McDonald's 6 piece chicken nuggets. Tiniest tenders I've ever seen. Plus, they were lukewarm at best. The coleslaw tasted like it was really old. The intercom is either broken, or the inside microphone is. Couldn't understand what was said, they couldn't understand me.We're got a 4pc chicken tenders meal, a 2pc meal with chicken breasts, and a 3pc meal with a breast, thigh, and leg. What we got was 4pc oversized chicken nuggets, 2pc breast meal, and 3pc of legs. Had ordered a mountain dew, Dr pepper, and diet Pepsi as the drinks. We got green colored carbonated water, Pepsi, and went can only be described as a really sweet liquid syrup with no carbonation.The biscuits that came with all meals were hard as rocks. We all had mashed potatoes and all of them were cold.... Before we even left the drive thru window.The food and drinks were practically thrown at me. The syrupy drink had overfilled so much it was leaking of the top of the lid. The green carbonated water had a lid that wasn't closed and the Pepsi had Pepsi running down the sides. The cost of this was extremely high and severely under value. It was almost $40 for 3 of us, plus cleaning my car of the escaping drinks. None of us were content.

Bad attitude whoever took my order ramonita says on ticket now once they heard me tell my daughter loud they have a bad attitude everything was different at the window dont like your job quit cause i have no fault i dont even like chicken i bought it for my child

It's a disgusting place, the food is horrible, they give it to you dipped in oil, the breading comes out black as if the oil were very good and burnt, they make you wait too long, and the establishment itself looks dirty. I don't recommend it at all, don't miss out your money and ruin your food there ??? you literally get sick to your stomach... it's very sad because I love KFC but what a shame that being a franchise you can't get the same flavor in all the stores

Always feel welcome and always greated right when I walk in.
This location use to be good, but there have now been 3 times including today were we do a mobile order the app says it is ready we go get it and we get there and the food is not ready I understand being short staffed but waiting an additional hour for an order after the app says is ready is ridiculous .

My driving skills are non-existent. My son dropped me off to get myself something to eat. Everything looks brand-new. I commented that I would like more gravy for my mashed potatoes and they WERE kind offering me more. If you don't take care of your customers, somebody else will!!!

I love going to this KFC my only downfall is that the drinks I order a lemonade all the time the lemonade seems to needs some calibration almost taste like water and has a weird taste like soap. Maybe it’s only the fountain on the drive-through because that’s where I go through.
