The quality is good, but as an ice cream maker person, I notice they put too much color to ice cream and Popsicles. It seems that it has not been regulated by the state inspector, and they just put as much as they want. It's not good at all because I know this is harming our kids and community. Please, michoacana, do better regulate food colorings.

I’ve been here countless times with no problem. Tonight My wife got bad strawberries when we got home with our order, and I called to let them know maybe to check them in case anyone else gets served them. The manager brushed me off and rudely said I should bring them back if I was telling the truth but I didn’t thibj it was necessary driving back 15 min in 30 degree weather. Would be nice to instead of not believing complaints to do your job and provide good service. We Won’t be coming back too many Mexican ice cream shops in Cicero/berwyn to put up with this.

Los devolví y la señora fue muy grosera, se llama Cecilia, lo miró y dijo que es el nuez, no hay nada que pueda hacer al respecto. Le mencioné que a los dos nos lastimamos los dientes y ella dijo bueno, si quieres te devuelvo tu dinero, pero no trajiste toda tu paleta. I usually just get a yogurt w/ fruit but today I got the chicharones con salsa Valentina and they where nasty. The chicharones tasted rancid and the salsa valentina was watered down. Stop being cheap with the ingredients!!!

Wow very little michoacanas give excellent customer service on top of their food being delicious and this one really keeps doing an excellent job that I’ve ordered from them 5 times in the last month which shows a lot they don’t miss to deliver very fresh food and delicious ice cream.
