I have gone to other places and they’re more fulfilling than this. I asked for only granola and raisin no fruit for the price of $6.40. where is the granola in this yogurt so disappointing and then charge six dollars for the wafers.

This place has lost many customers because its quality of service is terrible. They should train their employees to be able to serve things as advertised in their menu photos, Hopefully the owner and manager can go to other businesses like Michoacána so they can get an idea of the service to customers. I ordered a casserole and the photo on their menu is nothing compared to what they gave me. and some of their portions are smaller than before I definitely wouldn't return to this place.

I have visited many ice cream shops and so far I can say that only 2 are worth what You pay and the delights of Michoacan are one of my favorites ? ? I haven't had to throw anything away, everything is very delicious ? my family and I are very happy to meet her. The attention is always very pleasant, very attentive.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD, everytime I go there’s always a horrible attitude just for the food to be GARBAGE. I order a carrot juice that came with clumps of DIRT. Paid extra for avocado for NONE TO BE ON IT. Save your money n go somewhere else !

This place is clean and friendly when you walk in, they have a ton of variety of things my kids got a paleta de chocolate w/sprinkles and a limon one they loved it. I got a vanilla drink with boba it was not the greatest the boba balls where tough to chew wasn’t the greatest.
Got a yogurt and fruit was not fresh. Banana was turning black and grape tasted like mold. Didn't add enough toppings (granola). Pricey for the quality. Elote was dry not enough mayo or cheese had more water than anything.

Online says 10pm closing time. Employee came out and told they're closing "early" didn't want to serve at 9pm. A whole hour before closing. Employee said it was Managers order. Manger came out, didn't care that they were closing a whole hour early, very disrespectful. Get your coffee and donut elsewhere, they don't deserve your cash. Report to BBB.
