If I could give zero stars I really would. The delivery driver did not have the decency or common sense to call or knock on my door upon delivery. I did not realize my order was delivered until almost 45 minutes after the order had been sitting in the cold on my front steps. I called the store and spoke to the store manager. All I got was an apology and a “I don’t know why the driver would not call”. The manager also gave me a dead end number to call to receive a refund. The number he gave me doesn’t even ring. Dissatisfied isn’t even the word.

Hot and Ready! I love ordering in the app and using the Pizza Portal. Fast, affordable, and very convenient. Their stuffed crust, pretzel crust, and thinn crust are my favorites. I don’t care what ppl say- LC is for those of us balling on a budget.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right in front of the door, no steps. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Update: 15.Sep.24 - had pizza here again and it was very good. I’m not sure what changed, maybe the coin landed on the other side. This was a good pick for a Sunday football day.
I’ve had pizza from here two times, the first was perfect for what I expect from little Caesar’s. The second time, not so much. Coin flip so far.

The little Caesars off of Ogden and Harlem in Berwyn, is by far the best in this area between Oak Park River Forest, Forest Park,, and Austin. I didn’t think quality could be so different just based on the location.
