Absolutely awful. The only reason to order from this place is you know when it’s ready. The last 2 times they didn’t even put the order in the oven until my son was there to pick it up. Waiting an extra 20 minutes for crappy pizza isn’t worth it time or money.

Terrible Service. Waited a whole hour and a Half just to get a refund because they can’t make 2 Simple Pepperoni Pizzas. Literally my order. Ridiculous. Highly advise from coming here unless you want to stand next to 20 people in a space meant for three or four. While at the same time everyone is angry and fighting and shoving their way in front of you. It’s just terrible.

I have been trying to call and get a hold of a manager and no one ever answers. I ordered pizzas on Halloween that took over 2 hours to be ready, went in for a refund and was told I would be refunded and have yet to receive $39. I asked if their reprint receipt was in fact a refund and was assured i canceled my order, After leaving, the app still had my order as pending for the remainder of the night and now almost a month later I have not been refunded for an order I never picked up and requested to cancel, now I can’t get a hold of anyone. I have had nothing but problems with this location.

Horrible service!!! Who ever the manager is, should be fired! Went in on Halloween night ordered a couple pizzas online. My order was supposed to be ready by 10:40pm. Showed up at 10:50 and my order still wasn't ready. Waited until 11:30, granted I knew it would be a busy night but when I asked how long my ordered wasn't even started. Had them void my order stated I would be getting a refund in 3-5 business days. It's been over a week and still no refund. Called the store and NO ONE PICKS UP!!! Been on hold for over 25 min. WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!

I get around, I'm a journeyman, or, woman of sorts. Yes, a Journeywoman. SO in my travels I hear many legends, many rumors, and of this location, no exception. I simply had to come and see what the people spoke of. Some of the most delicious little Caesars pizza I've had in my life, it reawakened my love for pizza, and renewed my faith in god. Alas, I hear word of catastrophe, I am receiving visions from the Oracle of a downfall on Oak Park and Ogden... interestingly it wasn't for the gas station that exploded. By the way, had a wonderful convo outside of this pizza establishment with a homeless gentleman who attested that the exploded gas station had free liquor loot spawns. Anyhow, my visions foretell a great collapse within 1 or 2 weeks for this Pizza establishment. Well at least for this intersection. I hope its not the 24 hour Walgreens! I WARN! BUY PIZZA NOWWWWWW..... it wont be as good as it is today as it will be in two weeks...... mark my words and also your calendars.

We couldn’t believe our eyes on a Sunday night we went to Little Caesars to get some pizza and crazy bread everything was normal until one of our kids found mold in the crazy bread and after thinking we took the moldy ones out but just as our kid ate one they found another moldy ones and spat it out I can’t believe we get this type of food we have been a client there for so long and never seen anything like this.

Sub par service walked in an was told they aren’t taking walk in orders but they had the door open lazy kids running a restaurant owners need to hire adequate workers who are competent of making pizzas for online and walk ins. Last time going there.

SO disappointed with our Little Caesar’s experience tonight. Placed an online order thinking that it was get us in and out of there as quick as possible. NOPE! Waited almost 25 minutes after to get 3 pizzas. What is the point of ordering ahead if I am just going to stand around waiting anyway? The whole “hot and ready” promise is a total joke!

Just picked up a supreme pizza and was raw, waited on the phone line almost 20 minutes and no answer, this location just lost a customer, hopefully corp do something about it, but doubt it, they just want the money.
