Was here on a Sunday waitress did not even acknowledge us asked to servers who our waitress was no answer when she did come to us was in a hurry brought ourdrinks took them 20 minutes for a beer server comes out with the wrong appetizer never came back asked the manager what happend he said they ran out of sauce brought the order out again our food came out one plate was wrong when asked about it she had an attitude š once again we asked for refills she brings the beer but no drinks I guess since we had complained she felt no need to continue serving us . Someone else brought the check. Server needs to pay more attention to her tables not just one.

The customer service is terrible. My food was left waiting to be bagged for over 20 minutes because no one was attending the order. I was clearly able to see my meals sitting there. The place wasnāt even busy, there just isnāt annoying being attentive. This location continues to fail time after time. 0/5 stars if possible.

We had a very disappointing experience at this LongHorn location. I called ahead to confirm a reservation for 11 people to celebrate my momās birthday. When we arrived, we were told our group could not be seated together and would have to be split into two separate tables with different checks. The waitress spoke with the manager, but were told there was nothing they could do and were given the option to either accept the arrangement or leave. It was frustrating, especially since this was meant to be a special celebration. The lack of communication and unwillingness to accommodate guests left a very poor impression.
Food was okay, service was beyond terrible, the manager or assistant manager is clueless. Server's did not check up on me once, only time I saw them was when I placed my order. Please save your money and go somewhere else. All their servers need to be retrained. Needs new management.

I went on a Sunday to celebrate a birthday letās start off saying wait time 2 hrs horrible !! The restaurant floors was dirty upon entrance I should have left then !!! The waiter service was horrible but seems like she was waiting a million tables so maybe not her fault and lastly ordered the longhorn well done they took it back three times and each time came back super burnt on the outside and bleeding on the inside. It was the absolute worst longhorn ever !!

This place is the worst!!! The amount of chances Iāve given this place is more than enough!!! Not once have I received exactly what Iāve ordered!! Today I called in for two kids meals both made exactly the same steak medium well loaded mashed and add a side of broccoli! Of course I get there and I have one full kids meal and another kids meal missing the steak and loaded mashed potatoes!!! Please tell me how that happened??? Definitely was the last strike I will NEVER visit this location again!!!

It should be an option for zero stars. I ordered 3 sides and they all came out cold plus they put a pound of sugar on my sweet potato. I guess Chef Mike (microwave) cooked it. They steaks came out but I was still waiting 40+ minutes for sides. Someone else ordered a steak twice and had to send it back twice because they kept bringing it out bloody. I went online to pre register to avoid the wait . Get to the restaurant there was still a 15 min wait . Then the host seated us no silverware or anything . Just a menu and walked away. Sat down for another 5 minutes not water no acknowledgment or anything. The manager happen to walk by and I told him . Customer was very Poor .
Took us 2 hours to get seated. No biggie but I understood why. Upon receiving our table it took us 30 minutes to meet our waitress āAmandaā. Our waters werenāt even brought out by her and it took 25 minutes to get my coke after ordering our food. 1 steak was burnt and mine had a hair. Been to this location before and it was not as I remembered. Wonāt be coming back to this location.

Best LongHorn I've been to in a while. Food was perfectly prepared, time to table was excellent, and our waitress was friendly, observant, and professional.

It took our server (Amanda) 30 minutes to come to our table to even introduce herself. I tried to be understanding because it was somewhat busy. However, after we finally placed our order, it took another 20 minutes to get drinks. Finally an hour later, we received our entrees, while still missing appetizers. Not only was the service horrible, but to top it all off there was a hair in my burnt steak. On top of this, we had to deal with the serverās attitude and had to wait another 10 minutes just to get the check because it was unavailable online. Service is usually great, but safe to say Iāll never be coming back to this location.

Food and atmosphere we nice. Service was terrible, steaks came before appetizer and we we objected the reminded us they would be cold.... they placed under a heat lamp and our medium rare steaks became well done. It took 35 minutes for the manager to come and inspect them. Needless to say we won't be back.
