Horrible experience. Received incorrect food and they took forever to bring out my online order. I had to go inside to get my food after I tipped for curbside pick up. There was no one by the pick up section. Waited several minutes. Finally a lady showed up. She checked and the Food wasn’t ready. Waited over an hour.

Went to Longhorn Steakhouse for my friend's 50th birthday on a Saturday evening, 2hour 15 minute wait. Larger groups came in with only a 15 to 20 minute wait time, not sure why, the host were great. Our waiter came right over once we were seated, we were served quickly. The food is great, atmosphere is lots of people, high energy. Prices are reasonable. Great for large groups not so much for date night or intimate night out.

Kylee (our server) made our experience amazing. She was so helpful and kind. She was prompt. Food was good standing. The spinach dip was a bit too creamy and rich. Drinks were delicious.

I was so embarrassed I invited someone there for dinner because we had a bad experience at Texas Roadhouse n longhorn let me down . Hopefully next time it’ll be better ! Clean Up! We ended up taking the food to go

Disgusting!! This restaurant had the nerve to serve me and my family dirty plates, that was not properly washed!! How disgusting!?! They had me on the waiting list 45 mins and end up waiting over 1 hour and 45 mins. The scene is ghetto. I love longhorn but I wouldn’t dare go back to that location ever!!! I do not recommend this location!

Went on a Friday about noon. Pre lunch time. Took about 20 minutes for the waitress acknowledge us. Once she did she complained about how the hostess must think she’s superwoman. Wait times were extremely long. Shame seems to be a trend here.

Well let's start off by saying if your able to get a table on a non busy hour or day great👍. That would be the first hurdle. The following would be the customer service. It would greatly depend on the mood of the individuals really. I have been here a couple of times. The hostess/greeter, waiter/server to the chef can be a total hit or miss. It would be nice to say there is some consistency but unfortunately not the case. I have had poor customer service from each one on different occasions. I really try to avoid this location due to the high volume of vehicle traffic and overflow of people. Then it's a hit or miss with the food quality, so I would rather just pick another location where the food quality and customer service has some consistency.
