The service was not all that great. The person who is taking care of me, was on their cell, phone, the majority of the time, and then proceeded to touch my food. I was not too happy about that but the food was OK. I would probably rate it a three out of five.

The food here is ALWAYS soooo good! Every time I come here I always get the best service. I loveeee getting the verde enchiladas or bistec and let me tell youuu 10/10 RECOMMEND!!!! By far my favorite restaurant to go to in Berwyn!!

You will likely find parking here. It was 1pm when I arrived.Kid-friendliness: Neutral relaxing music. Take aren't jammed too close together. There's room for jittery children to swing their feet.Wheelchair accessibility: You could easily get a wheelchair to most of their tables

They are so diverse in their food and they don't disappoint! Their food is delicious. They also have great customer service. All around a great spot.
Menu looks amazing, but we went with some basics that were home runs. Tacos and empanadas were top notch. Salsa was outstanding. We’re going to be back.

HORRIBLE!The “waitress” is completely rude. She had three tables and acted like it was a big task to remember the orders. During this time we were washing laundry which takes 30 mins to wash and 40 mins to dry… we got there waited 40 minutes for our food and there was just 2 tables… and it wasn’t an out of the world food where it needs to wait “2 hours” to come out. The meat was burnt, they got one order wrong and acted offended that they got told wrong. Asked for water 25 minutes before finishing our food and never came by, we were talking to her she listened to one thing and left. Never brought our bill to the table and this place still had 3 tables LOOL tried getting away with adding stuff that wasn’t in our order, GOT OFFENDED because she got called out, horrible customer service.The waitress is rude and scams you! Be careful of card payments, they charge you whatever they want!

THE WAITER \ CASHIER IS THE REASON THEY DON'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS.IT WAS ONLY 4 PEOPLE IN THE PLACE AND SHE WAS ACTING AS IF PRESSED AS IF SHE WAS TAKING MEGA ORDERS.THEN WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT SHE CHARGED ME FOR EXTRA CHEESE BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EXTRA CHEESE THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR, SHE TRIED TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I WAS IN THE WRONG UNTIL I POINTED IT OUT ON THE RECEIPT & POINTED IT OUT ON THE FORM SHE GAVE THE COOK.THEN SHE STARTED TO GOSSIP ABOUT ME TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN SPANISH.I HAD TO LET HER KNOW THAT I AM BLACK & PUERTO RICAN & TO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER BECAUSE I AM VERY WELL VERSED IN SPANISH. AND CORRECTED EVERYTHING THAT SHE TOLD THEM IN ENGLISH.I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD YOUR FOOD IS, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. AND THEY JUST LOST 5 CUSTOMERS(MY FAMILY).
