First off.....I have lived in Berwyn my whole life and this place has always been a go to. Today is officially my last day. I understand prices are high but $14 for a two hotdog meal and then when i asked for u to seperate my fries. You just give me a tiny fry and say its split between two hotdogs, no freaking way.Wow how the service has changed and how cheap of you. So sad!

I ordered ahead by phone 15 mins prior to me getting there. (Check#3089 7:37pm) I arrive and wait in line and finally pay and end up waiting over 25 mins until I finally look around and I'm the only person still waiting. I asked the young girl there and she's clueless to where my food is at. She tells the larger hispanic man and he begins to look for it and finally tells me it's been sitting in the heater the whole time and then casually tells me not to worry about it after I explain I just wasted 25 mins. Totally disorganized and this was my first and last time going there. How do you lose an order and also don't notice the one person still sitting around waiting. Also the man in front of me in line could not order his Root Beer float in plain English because the girl could not understand what a Root Beer Float was and had to call another worker to place the order. I rather risk my safety and go to Jimmy's Hot Dogs on Pulaski and Grand then to ever give this place a try again.

The Gyros the meat was tender the Bread was okay for the Gyros meat. But the sauce disappoint me! It's not the right taste of sauce for the Gyros! It was nasty. I am use of buying a big Gyros sandwich with the real Greek taste for a Gyros sandwich. This was my first time eating at Lucky Dog I am a walk away from the place. I was very upset! My friend treated me and she was disappointed as well with her Gyros sandwich and fried chicken. I want to see Lucky Dog bring Love to the food. I mean seriously yummy. Gyros sandwich I know the taste especially the sauce that make the sandwich so pleasantly to taste for the sandwich. It's the love for food. I was so Happy to see this place was closer to Home. But I want to see Love in Lucky Dog Gyros sandwich. Please don't use that sauce. Get the right Gyros sauce for that sandwich please.
