Kids Playplace: neglecting parents don’t watch their kids, there was older kids playing at the toddler area and they were running up and down with their shoes on and one of them went up to the play area with his drink on his hand, and his mom didn’t realized until I made the comment to my kid to be careful bc there was a drink where they were playing. Ice cream wasn’t available at my last visit.

I am working for doordash and the customer service here is unacceptable. Once i pulled over to the drive through and asked for the order i’ve received, this orange hair girl hits me with sum “byee”. I can later see that she clearly clocks out while having me unattended.
Doing my job, i went inside trying to get a hold of the staff. They were doing nothing but chitchatting back in the kitchen. Absolutely unprofessional. Do not order from this mcdonald’s unless you want your food to get cold. Never Again.

This store is the worst I order from them today got cold food and missing iteams and I call to confront them and the manager got all crazy with me and said they would only refund 1 iteam witch is crazy after going thru all this I should got all my food made fresh and the way I order I will be calling hr on the manager should be fired

Fast food place is more low food place. After 18 mins of ordering i asked about my food and mentioned its been more than 15 mins.
The answer was “they all waiting”

Bad experience multiple time in a row. No point in using curbside pickup in any type of bad weather they won’t come out. They have refused to take app codes just saying it’s down. No apologies just an indifference given by staff
