Hours are wrong. Staff is awful. Not open 24/7. Was here at 1am and it was closed. I called and someone answered the phone. I asked why they aren’t open when their hours say they are open, and the man hung up on me. Fix your issues, McDonald’s.

Starting at 9 pm! Everything is terrible! (Drive thru) They serve you reluctantly, raw potatoes, they forget sauces, even bread with mojo once!…. Bad service is always there. They should do something with their staff!

Terrible service as it is possible that they forget something as important as the straws in a drive thru purchase. And not satisfied with that, I called the manager to report and her response was That they can't drink it without a straw? And cut off the call instead of at least apologizing and calling the employees' attention.

How is this McDonald’s 24 hours when they just told my husband and I they’re only serving door dash and uber eats?? If that’s the case then update your website so we don’t waste our time going there.

Food was cold , very very cold, the service sucks, I was the only person in the DT , and I couldn’t get a hot meal? I try calling the person picked up the phone, I said can I please speak to the manager, he said I am the manager, then he ask me what happened, I explained to him what my problem was, he became silent, no reply for at least 3 mins, I could hear people shouting and the fryers going off , but nothing from the manager, so I hung up. I was very upset.

Night Crew SUCKS! Gave me hard old food, on top of that it was two bottom buns that were old. I’m pissed ! French Fries Taste Like Yesterday

11:39pm 11-3-24 night time drive thru employee rude. Night time "supervisor" attitude even worse then drive thru employee. Called me "dude", instead of being polite & at least say "Sir". They claimed their "system was down so they were not serving cash paying customers". What kind of b.s. excuse is that? They served the person in front of me & he also mentioned serving door dash. I asked what "system" is down & all he kept repeating "the system". Honestly it really sounded like the same person from the drive thru on the phone. They both sounded very angry & annoyed that I was asking them questions. I hope the manager sees this & at least speak to the workers, at the time & date above, about having proper respect for their customers & using proper respectful language. I was just wondering why or how that happened. I will be following up on this with the manager or owner of this particular McDonalds.

I got two sausage burritos and as I unwrapped it, the burritos stuck to the paper so it came apart when I try to eat it so I threw it away
