This morning I had breakfast with my daughter at this McDonald’s 🍔🥤. We used the self-order kiosk since the staff was busy in the kitchen 👩🍳👨🍳, but the ordering process was super easy and quick ✅. We ordered our usual breakfast items 🍳🥓 and everything came out fresh, warm, and just how we like it 😋.
I asked one of the staff members for something extra on the side, and they responded kindly and brought it right over 🙌. Even though they were clearly working hard, they were still attentive and polite 🫶.
The dining area was clean and comfortable ✨. Since we went early, it wasn’t crowded at all, which made it a peaceful morning meal 🌅. We decided to dine in and did not use the restrooms 🚫🚻, so I can’t speak on that part, but we felt fine eating there (I always carry hand sanitizer anyway 😉🧴).
Overall, it was a pleasant and positive experience 💛. Good food, friendly service, and a clean space. We will definitely be coming back! 😊🍟☕️

Hours are wrong. Staff is awful. Not open 24/7. Was here at 1am and it was closed. I called and someone answered the phone. I asked why they aren’t open when their hours say they are open, and the man hung up on me. Fix your issues, McDonald’s.

Terrible service as it is possible that they forget something as important as the straws in a drive thru purchase. And not satisfied with that, I called the manager to report and her response was That they can't drink it without a straw? And cut off the call instead of at least apologizing and calling the employees' attention.
