If i could id give yall no stars this is by far the worst McDonalds ive been to. Yall dont pay attention and more focused on socializing than getting orders out on time. Whats the point in having a mobile and pickup counter if you dont pay attention to the people standing there

Tell me why, when I place a mobile order, I give my code at the speaker, they say my name, I say yes. Then the guy at the first window is asking my name, then gives me attitude for no reason. Then the lady at the second window is also asking my name and code and what items I ordered. After answering her, she goes to get the manager, and I have to repeat everything again?
This entire place needs to be drug tested. I've never had this much trouble picking up a mobile order.

They need to retrain their employees. I had ordered through uber and I had asked for extra bacon. No extra bacon. I had asked for no butter and no sauce and I was given both.
For 2 weeks now they have not had Frappee's. You would think they would make sure the machine works for one of the best selling items. No sign on the drive thu. You have to wait in line before finding out and then can't get out of the line until it moves foreard.This would be an owner problem, not the employees. I always use the app and finally today they have put thst frapoee's are not available.

The food was okay, the place was filthy the floor had food every where, the girl who cleaned our table threw the food on the floor, I said no salt on fries and got cold dry fries, I had to repeat the order 3 times and still got it wrong, I feel this place is being ran by someone very incompetent!!!!!!!!
