I understand people make mistakes, but it has been happening often. I ordered a double cheeseburger and when I got home it was a a single cheeseburger. Another incident that happened was when they forgot my order of chicken nuggets. I called and complained about that. I was told to go the next day to get a free order and to just say the manager's name. I did that and the one who took my order was rude and said 'Well it don't know why that manager told you that? He's not even here.'

ONE STAR. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! ONE. SINGLE. STAR. This McDonald's is an absolute JOKE. I walked in, ready for a quick bite, and walked straight into a NIGHTMARE. The lobby was packed, but that's not the worst of it. The wait time was absolutely INSANE. I'm talking prehistoric levels of waiting. I could have hunted my own McChicken, raised the chickens, processed the meat, and invented the McChicken sandwich myself in the time it took to get my order. And when I FINALLY got to the counter, the manager… that woman with the glasses… she was the EPITOME of rudeness. Snapping at customers, sighing dramatically, like we were all personally inconveniencing her by daring to want to buy food. I asked (calmly, because clearly someone has to be the adult here) about the delay, and she just gave me this withering look and mumbled something about being short-staffed. Newsflash: being short-staffed is no excuse for treating paying customers like garbage. This McDonald's needs a serious attitude adjustment, and it needs to start at the top, with that manager. I'm beyond disappointed. I'm talking "I'm writing a scathing Google review and telling all my friends to avoid this place like the plague" level of disappointed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. You've been warned.

So apparently, this location doesn't accept gift cards! I stop by here almost every morning and today when I go to use a gift card that had $25 on it the Drive Thru Cashier tells me that this particular franchise owner doesn't allow gift cards to be used! So guess what, I left all the food that I was gonna buy right there in the restaurant!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Typically I love gettingheir chicken nuggets but his time I waited over twenty minutes and they were cold. My friea were all soft and not golden or crispy. Very disappointed. And there wasn't a lot of traffic ao I don understand

I received a gift card for Christmas and was told at the drive thru and inside that it was not usable. I was able to use this same card at two different locations on 3 three different times before and after, when I asked why they asked if I purchased the card here and I said no . The customer next to me said he had the same problem.! I will not be coming back here.
