I give it two stars because I ate it all, off the strength I was hungry. I ordered the Buffalo chicken cheese fries, not enough meat, and the meat was overcooked, burnt, and tough. Probably because they were too busy talking and laughing with someone in the store amongst each other, fries were fried too hard. I wouldn't go back to this location at all.

So used to love going here but the food quality went way down. Had an Italian beef with hot pepper and those peppers were weird. The lemon pepper fries and sandwich were both salty. Went today and my fries and pizza puff taste like burnt oil. You can black specs all over my food from the oil and again fries salty. Won’t be back anytime soon

Been coming here for 40 years and food is fine but the woman taking orders looks like she hates life and just gives dirty looks to everyone. She even ignored a question regarding my sandwich from the sandwich maker. Just wanted lunch but ended up feeling uncomfortable.

How gross can it get? I’m embarrassed to admit I spent so much money on Mr Sub.. On this order it was 4 king subs and one regular. The worst experience ever! you would think that ordering subs from here would be better than Subways… NOT the case. Skimpy on the veggies on a veggie sub! Take a look, I wanted to take it back and complain but what’s the point?! We’ll never go there again!!

I wish I could give this place a 0. I placed an order online for pick-up at 6:45PM. When I arrived at 6:50 to pick-up my order, the employees at the Submarine said my order had already been picked up. I was confused and I said that that was impossible as I did not do an order for delivery. I did it for pick-up. I gave them the order number and I showed that it was for pick-up not for delivery. All the employee could do was tell me his story about how someone picked up my order. The Submarine Employee said “I asked him if the order was for Ariana.” I told him “well how did you think he knew the order was for Ariana and that it was paid for already, you gave him my information.” Instead of asking probing questions, he gave my information away so it was easy for him to get scammed. I’m shocked someone could easily be fooled to give away food like that and then not even be sympathetic to the customer. Instead of trying to resolve the issue this employee wanted me to call the person who picked up my order. Please note I did not receive a reimbursement for this order. Next time ask the person picking up the order to provide a damn order number.
