Food is always good and it's still one of the more cheaper places to eat at. Meatball and Beefs are very good as well as the fries. Wait time in drive thru can be better but it's still a great place for food.

It's not the same place that I grew up with. I've been going there for 30 years or so. They got kids working in there that don't know what they're doing. They talk back to you when you correct them for when they get the order wrong. I've even heard them talking s*** about customers while I'm eating. They charge a fee for using a debit card and they charge $1.10 just for a couple little pieces of bell pepper and a $1.10 for a spoon full of giardinera. A little $6.90 beef ended up being $10+. Don't think I'll ever go here again which is a shame.

Novi's has been around forever. The beef is still solid. They could use a bit more attention to detail in the cleanliness area, but nothing so egregious you should stay away. I've been in the hospitality industry forever, so I notice more than most.
