I would not even second guess having a second event here. We had our baby shower in the Frida room and needed a space for about 80-90 guests. Before I get into how beautiful the space is, I would love to acknowledge the services and hospitality that was shown to us from the moment we booked to see the place, all the way till week after our event when it was time to collect the deposit. We had a little bit of a struggle when it came to the payments when I ended up in the hospital, yet the employees reassured me and helped us with a new payment plan where we were able to pay off the venue before the event without putting us into a financial hole. I’ve never met such amazing workers who treat you like family. The decoration, the set up, the food , the bar tender, waiters etc everyone gets a 5 star rating from not only me, but my entire family . They have a beautiful entrance where u can set up your own back drops and the space was exactly the size we were looking for. Not too big but just enough for the wow factor. Plenty plenty of parking ! We ran out of paper towels in the bathroom and not even 2 minutes later they were on top of it refilling it. Cleaning was on point so no garbage was ever in the way. If you’re looking here for your next event , I wouldn’t second guess. I would immediately book! We feel blessed to have found their ad on Facebook and looking forward to future events here. I wish i remembered the names of all the employees who helped the day of our events because they deserve a special shout out. Thank you again Palace regency , for an unforgettable party we had.

We booked our wedding here this month, and it was an incredible experience! Kelly was absolutely amazing, she walked us through everything and made the entire process so easy. Nadia was wonderful as well, and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The space was beautiful, the price was great, and they truly made our special day so much less stressful. We’ll definitely be booking here again for any future events!

On August 31st, I attended my first quinceañera at this banquet hall, and I was impressed by the overall beauty of the venue. The space was well-maintained and clean, and the food was delightful. However, I am giving a lower rating due to the rude service provided by the (Gentlemen) bartender during this event. I hope to experience improved service on my next visit.
