I’ve gone to a few different Panera locations, this one by far is the best. The customer service stands out, Danity always greets me with a smile, is super helpful and professional. The management team is always greeting customers and supporting the staff. Really nice to see teamwork and a friendly staff.

Second time of bad service. First time I placed an order through the app. When I arrived the food wasn't ready. When I received the food the soup was cold. Second time I actually order at the register it was too go. When I got it, it was served on a plate to dine in. I told the lady preparing the food, that I had ordered it to go. She grabbed the bagle of the plate threw it into a bag and almost tossed it at me. Bad customer service.

My order came under a different name and I was accused of taking someone's oder. The kitchen female cook, reprimanded me for taking the food to with she then threw the receipt at me. I thank her for her patience and for I apologize for ruining your service procedure. To which she laughed at me. Then the male manager came and accused me of stealing another clients information. As I informed him that I did not and showed proof of it, he said never mind but never did i receive an apology for the horrible experience.

Panera are y’all struggling? Do y’all need extra pocket money to get by? Because I can’t get by with just 4 tooth sized croutons for a soup.
Ordered a full salad and this is literally what’s in the container. This looks like a SIDE salad! I’m so disappointed. I love Panera but the quality and service at this location is terrible.

Do not bother ordering Catering from them. They got my delivery delivered 45 minutes late. I had 15 missing bagels, the bagels were not cut as instructed and the bagel spread was missing. They said we can refund you $20 for this mess. This ruined my employee event. Don’t recommend.

I went to get Panera this morning. I had terrible allergies and I just wanted to get some soup and a sandwich with my boyfriend. I went through the drive through and Chanel took care of me wonderfully. I never had great customer service. The customer service was fast. Chanel was so sweet and nice to me. I felt acknowledged and seen. Employees like Chanel deserve recognition!!! To wake up and treat people like they matter is wonderful. I will be coming back to this location. ?

I have ordered from here a few times now. The last time I had an order there were chunks of the peel still stuck on the avocado of my green goddess salad. Today I had places and order around 7:40am and when I got to the place to pick it up the order was not made at all and they had to refund me for everything then I had to pay for my lunch and pull around again. I don't understand what went wrong.
