This place sucks. I placed an order back in August for a cake I wanted in October and I showed them a picture of what I wanted. The cake was a semi frosted cake with plastic cows and a gold happy birthday sign. They guaranteed they can get the cake done exactly how the picture shows. I even sent them the picture so they can reference it. Come October, a day before the party, I go in to pay the rest of the remaining balance. The lady asked if I’m sure I didn’t want frosted cows. I confirmed that I wanted plastic cows. She says okay then shows me what kind of birthday sign I want for the cake. None of the pictures shown looked like the picture I provided. I settled on one that I kinda liked. The next day I pick up the cake and the sign I kinda liked looks pixelated and awful. The plastic cows were no where in sight and the cake looked half assed at best. Honestly, I wish there was some transparency so that I can lower my expectations or go to a different bakery. They didn’t even offer a partial refund for their dishonesty. They had months to order the plastic cows and the gold happy birthday sign and they couldn’t be bothered to do that.

We ordered a tiramisu cake for my niece's 18th birthday, the truth is that the cake had no flavor, nothing like a tiramisu is very far away, previously they were delicious, today there is nothing left of that pastry.

I moved to Texas in 2005. This place had the finest quality bread, it was excellent. I went there yesterday and bought some bakery. Conchas, marranito, biscuit, 2 other ones. 7 pieces. $14. IT WAS NASTY AND HARD. YESTERDAYS BREAD!!!Went from Excellent to NASTY!!Their cakes were also very good back then, but also very expensive. I wouldn’t take a chance on buying one today though, not sure what I’ll get. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Probably new ownersMy family here in Chicago buys from Webbers bakery for ever. That's a high quality bakery there

I ordered the passion fruit cake for my team member’s birthday and it was one of the best cakes I’ve ever had! I tried to take a picture before it was cut but everyone was too excited. Fresh, fruity, and delightful! Completely worth it and I will order from here again!

Called for a two tier cake and was asked to txt a man who called and was very rude. Told me that was too much and they couldn’t do it unless I wanted to pay $500. Didn’t offer any other help. Thumbs down for communication and professionalism !!!Ended up getting same cake from a bakery on north ave for way cheaper price no problems at all !! (Reuter’s Bakery)

The cakes are okay, however their cutomer service is not that great. I went there for the first time and got two cakes. The lady quickly packet them and taped them. Another customer came in, and another employee took care of her. I heard the employee ask her if she wanted something written. I quickly realized the lady didn't ask me. So I asked her to write something for me. She got annoyed by it and made it seem like it was too hard to remove the tape. I ignored her behavior and proceeded to tell her what to write. Those cakes are not cheap. So at least be nice to the customer even though she ended up doing it, im still questioning ever going back.
The cakes are made of frosting, not bread, very bad, too much frosting and not enough bread.

Since my cake maker is on vacation, I figured I'd give it a shot. Although the prices are a little excessive, our guests enjoyed the cakes' flavors. They have a wide variety. The cake with fruit on top and the cheesecake, chocolate, and vanilla flavors were also delicious. Delish! I visited the Berwyn location.
