I had my wedding and reception here in 2021. I also had a bday party in 2022. Both events were excellent. Great food Great service. Overall great experience!!!

The place is VERY beautiful and VERY clean. The staff I came across was amazing all night. They were all VERY busy but polite. My God I was amazed at how busy they all were but very quick!!!!!! There was always someone who came and grabbed our trash. Our server was a young, thin young lady with black hair, approx shoulder length. We were on the right side of the hall in the vip section, close to the table where all servers go to after we placed an order. This young lady was SO busy tending to many tables at onceall night. She was so kind and polite each time we saw her. She constantly asked if we were ok. If she couldn't help us right away she made sure to tell us she'd be right back and each time she sure did. A couple times someone else brought us our drinks or food. Im imagining it's because she was so busy. She still came back & double checked that they brought us what we asked FOR each time. I was amazed. She really made me feel at home!! She was a true sweetheart. Please acknowledge her and all the staff. I wish i had gotten her name! This whole place was amazing!!!!

I had a very disturbing experience with Pierre's Banquet Hall. I visited to schedule an event. The initial representative stated that they would be excited to host the event, had the date available & even allowed me to tour the space that I would be able to book. I received a quote and was scheduled to drop off the deposit and meet the owner. Upon arriving to the establishment with the deposit, I was not warmly welcomed and was told that all the things that were promised me the week before would not be honored or extreme fees would be added. These were basic requests---hot water at every banquet table & preferred number of chairs at each banquet table. The owner refused to finalize the contract but stated that she would take the deposit. I stated that the deposit will be given when the contract was finalized. Immediately after leaving the banquet hall & meeting with the owner, I reached out to the original representative who quoted me for the event and confirmed specific requests. The original representative I spoke with showed a completely different personality and was disgustingly rude and abrasive and said the owner did not want to do business with me---"the owner did not see having a long term relationship". Then, it was shared that they would consider hosting the event if I paid more than twice the original quote. Why would the price that was quoted change? I was extremely disturbed by the horrific customer service & price gouging. As a corporate & private event planner, I was left in SHOCK! After this disgusting interaction, I wanted to research the banquet hall further to see if this is a consistent experience for others. AND IT IS! It was heartbreaking to read ALL THE HORRIBLE experiences from others. I am SO GLAD that this bullet was dodged and I did not fall into the price gouging trap, with horrible customer care.
I was extremely fortunate to find another banquet hall that EXCEEDED my expectations.

Pierre's did am amazing job for my mom's 70th Birthday/retirement party. The service was great. They were very accommodating to our needs and exceeded our expectations. Pepe was extremely helpful, attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. The ball room was elegant and beautiful. My mother and her guest had an amazing time. Thank you to Pepe and your staff for making my mom's party so memorable.

I can't give more than 3 stars the reasons are: The place is good, I liked the decoration, there is a lot of parking, Mr. Pepe treated us very well from the beginning of the contract, he makes people laugh, he has good charisma, which is why I would like him to have communicated more with us to plan the event well and not to collect payments. What I can't say is about the lady in the room, apparently she is the owner. From the beginning, I didn't like the way she was, she failed in the organization of the food, she served the adults first than the children and they didn't pay attention to what they were getting. They gave adult dishes to the children, so there was leftover children's food, which of course they charged me for the child's dish at the adult price. But it is not the worst, the problem is that after the meal more guests arrived, 6 adults and 4 children. I wanted to negotiate with the lady to let them in because she said that 150 guests was the maximum capacity when it is supposed to be 100. 250 people in room #2, the lady told me it was going to be $800 more to let them through. In the contract for the event for 150 Guests including the Quinceañera, my 3 children, my wife and I cost around $14,000 and not letting 6 adults and 4 children pass who were no longer going to eat just because they were going to consume more liquor was It makes me tonta of the ladies not to say a swear word. But there's no way I'm doing it, that's why they are 3 stars. I suggest that people who come to this place for their event think very carefully because there is every surprise. Mr. Pepe, I am very grateful to you. I would have liked you to be my DJ. It will be another time. Thank you for everything. Have a good time.
