Went in at 3pm, I greeted someone coming in and they didn’t welcome us, and they said hello while looking away. This was the indicator that the service was not going to be well.

You order yourself, and then take a number which was not apparent right away. We sat for a few minutes, waiting for someone to attend.

The baristas were loud & obnoxious. After calling out my name for the order, they cackled and laughed loudly, which was very uncomfortable since I don’t think I did anything or said anything to be laughed at? The names of other orders called out after that were not followed by laughs.

Overall not very welcoming place. The drinks were fine, but nothing I couldn’t get somewhere else where I’m 1. Atleast greeted back appropriately, and 2. Not laughed at or made felt uncomfortable by the staff.

Lastly, they stop serving food at 3pm which there was also no apparent sign anywhere of that.

Based on the service alone, I would not come back.

What is there to tell about this place. We walked in. They gave us menus. We sat down. We ordered a fruit cup and two different types of coffees. It took about 15 to 20 minutes and they forgot to give us a fruit cup, which took another 10 minutes at least. Just something about the place did not feel comfortable.

I was referred to this cafe from a colleague. I live very far from this cafe and this place is absolutely amazing. I ordered a hot chocolate abuelita. The moment I walked in I was greeted and everyone was so kind. I was able to come here and work on items while I enjoyed my hot chocolate. Definitely worth it and the next time I’m in town I will be back!!

The owner is very amicable. Create a welcoming environment and the food there is really good. I don’t come here often but when I do, it’s always a good experience.

I just got home from my first visit and I sat right down to review my experience before I forgot. The service here is what really makes it great. I walked in at 10a.m. on a Saturday and it was poppin! I don't think there ever was NOT a line in the hour I was there. Wait times were NOT long because they had a good number of people behind the counter and EVERYone of them was working their tails off while still looking up to respond to customer inquiries. We were a party of 3 and we had to wait shortly (less than 15 minutes) for a table. There was one young man, with glasses, who was working the floor, making sure tables were clean, getting people seated , and coming around to make sure everything was good and taken care of. He was kind and overall very customer-oriented. We are grateful for the service he provided. The food, pastries, coffees, and hot lemon ginger tea were all delicious. The interior is super cute. The prices are budget friendly, too. Great experience!

Awesome café de olla and pastries! Nice place but the music was too loud, so people have to talk louder making the place too noisy.

This place is awesome. Came in new years day for the first time. They were doing drinks only, but were able to make some small baked goods happen (because I failed to read the sign on the door and didn't realize they weren't serving food that day). Excellent service.

My daughter has a concha everywhere we go & this was “the best concha I’ve ever had.”

The waffle’s fresh whipped cream & yogurt make it 10/10!

My cold brew with foam was more of an iced latte & extremely sweet I could not finish it.

We will be back to try more food soon!

I LOVE pink owl, I don't live in the area but my boyfriend does and we are here every weekend. Service is so fast and they have the best chilaquiles verdes ever if you like them crunchy like I do. My go to drink is the dirty grandma you can't go wrong with it iced or hot it's the best drink ever! The employees are SO nice too very helpful and great customer service, I've literally seen one of their employees help walk an older gentleman his drinks to his car across the street!! LOVE this cafe so much (it is street parking but usually there's spots in front or across the street)

Great food, service and vibes! ✨ the only thing I would say is they need to expand because they were such a hit people were in and out the entire time I was there. I enjoyed their salmon croissant and cafe de olla and they gave me a complementary concha 🫶✨
