I went to place a catering order today. From the start it was a downer. The girl at the cashier had an attitude since the beginning. Then procedes to let me order just to tell me that she can’t even place the order- that her manager had to do it. Proceeds to tell me I have to wait until he’s done with an interview. Why do you have people who don’t know what they’re doing on the floor to begin in. Second, she could’ve told me from the beginning she didn’t know how do it. It would’ve been a different story. Props to the second girl I wish I would’ve gotten her name- she took my order with no hesitation. You should hire more people like her. A little tip from someone who has worked in the food industry and customer service for years - if you don’t like your job, get a new one. It makes the vibe and the whole atmosphere the worst. Also tell her to learn how to do her makeup, she looks like Rudolph.
I was really impressed with the people working here on Xmas Eve. There were several people working the kitchen and register and it really seemed like they ran a tight ship. They were all nice and in good spirits and the place looked very clean. And the food was about as good as any Popeye's restaurant can get. All in all, I was so happy with my experience that I am here now writing this review and really wanted to show my appreciation :)

I placed my order for today since Friday. I specifically sent a time, I got there my order was not ready ,I gave them more time when I came back my order was still not ready. The MANAGER HAD A BIG GRIN. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. NOTE IF YOU DO ORDER MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO YOU SPOKE TO AND ALSO THE MANAGERS NAME.

The staff here works like a well oiled MACHINE! Grew up in the food service industry and seeing a team that works great in the kitchen always brings a smile to my face. For those in the industry we know how hard it is to get a good gram together. Great communication, customer service,…. Everything!
