Placed an on line order, waited 45 minutes in the lobby for the order to be ready, I asked the girl at the counter she said she would get it ready it was another 15 minutes before I had to tell her again. She was rude, the food was extra crispy tasted reheated, they had employees on break sleeping in the lobby booths and snoring. Disgusting!!!! Will never go back there again.

I’ve heard bad things about this particular location. Never expected to be part of those stories.Placed an order of popcorn shrimp. For seven dollars, this is what they consider an acceptable product. Obviously refried and stale, and very few actual pieces of shrimp. Asked the employee responsible for preparing this if this is a normal portion for the price. Couldn’t compute what I was asking. She did offer to give me more, but who wants more stale shrimp on too of their half-fried order?1/10 will not be returning.

Taste your drinks before you pull off from the drive-through. I bought strawberry lemonade and it taste like it had been sitting there for months. I immediately felt sick to my stomach. I couldn’t believe it. It taste like it had liquor in it so it was definitely rancid. I won’t pull off from anywhere else without tasting my drink first. Then no plastic ware - this my sign to go vegan & prepare my own meals- lesson learned

So I order 12 piece chicken meal. Two large sides. I'll take Cajun fries and an order of red beans and rice. Last second decision, I'll get the butterfly shrimp tackle box. Forgot to say I'm at the drive thru. So when I get home and I'm unpacking, I quickly realize. No red beans and rice. I'm home, I'm not going back. I'm angry. At least I have the tackle box, the absolute worst shrimp ever. They took over for a KFC that was in the same building. The KFC was bad, and I would prefer KFC, but this place was terrible.

Thank you for finally having a ranch button to charge me the .25 cents that they cost.They were charging me thirty-seven cents each. their button for jalapenos. I get six extra ranch with my order.It adds up.Delicious food EVERY TIMEVery polite person taking orders usually.Speaker at drive-thru has been broken over 2 weeks. Wonder when they'll fix it.Update later I'm sure.
