En realidad, estoy sumamente decepcionada con este lugar. El día de hoy, 15 de julio, alrededor de las 12:00–1:00 p.m., acudí a Casa Mateo en la Western con mucho antojo de una bandeja paisa.
Debo resaltar que el servicio por parte de la mesera fue muy bueno y atento. Sin embargo, al momento de recibir mi platillo y probar apenas una cucharada del arroz, noté con gran disgusto que había una cucaracha debajo del chicharrón y el arroz. Al informarle a la mesera, ella fue muy amable, se disculpó sinceramente y entendió mi molestia.
Le pedí que por favor me cobrara únicamente las sodas, y recalcó ELLA NO ME COBRÓ .. ya que después de eso perdí totalmente el apetito y no quise consumir nada más del establecimiento.
Quiero hacer este comentario como una advertencia a futuros clientes: revisen bien su comida antes de consumirla. Estuve dudando en publicar esta experiencia, pero considero que este tipo de situaciones no deben pasar desapercibidas. No me parece higiénico ni aceptable que un restaurante sirva comida en esas condiciones.

Hoy 15 de marzo fui con mi esposa y mis dos hijos a este sitio, queríamos tener un acercamiento de nuestra cultura y comida.
Llegamos a las 3:25pm y nos dicen que había una lista de espera para ser atendidos en una mesa mientras tanto pedimos unas entradas mientras nos decían cuál era nuestra mesa, nos faltaban 3 turnos y seguíamos nosotros, pero a las meseras (que por cierto solo eran dos) no les importó el respeto por dicha lista, porque llegó una familia de 8 personas y nos saltaron el lugar de la lista y dentro de mi pensé ok están pensado en esa familia numerosa y no quieren tener tanta gente de pie, en ese mismo momento se desocupa una mesa de las mismas y me dije ya nos toca (en ese momento ya eran las 4:15pm), mis dos hijos y mi esposa ya tenían hambre y estábamos emocionados por lo que ordenaríamos cada uno, pero después de la mesa estar lista y ordenada, nos nos quisieron dar la mesa porque estaban esperando que llegara una familia más numerosa tan solo éramos 4 personas, afectivamente a las 4:40 llegó una familia de 7 personas y la lista de espera ya tenía alrededor de 8 familias en espera pero una de las meseras le pareció gracioso poner a la familia de 7 personas en el lugar que me correspondía por esperar y hacer mi conducto regular.
Finalmente me retiro de lugar expresando mi descontento y a lo cual no se le dio importancia y para el colmo de males a las 4:52 pm recibo una llamada que me dice que ya hay una mesa disponible para mí 🤦🏽♂️.
(en la lista de espera se deja el nombre y número telefónico)
Creen que es justo con sus clientes? En varias ocasiones he estado en este sitio y me fue medianamente bien pero esta vez quedé con ganas de no volver nunca.
Desdibuja el buen trabajo que hacen los cocineros y un establecimiento de estos tan prestigioso desde Bogotá con su restaurante RANCHO GRANDE
Que tristeza que lo que tenía como un buen sitio ahora es un restaurante más, que se nota que solo quieren es venta.
No venden una experiencia y un buen ambiente, se convirtieron en un restaurante más.

We have gone twice, the first time to eat and the truth is it is very expensive for what they offer and they also do not have a very good attitude to serve, I made the mistake of going back later but to the club looking for good music and it was worse for us, loud sound and poorly configured, zero control of the people entering, the DJ was more interested in pleasing the table of restaurant workers than in playing good music, we politely asked the manager if he could vary the music a little after enduring an endless round of vallenato and his response is that he couldn't keep everyone happy with the music. drunk people fighting, others who seemed drugged and an atmosphere in the style of a brothel in the center of Bogotá. A horrible experience in all aspects.

If you aren’t Columbia don’t come here they will not make you feel welcomed and ignore all night. Service was horrible, I’ve gotten better service at a McDonald’s. Made us feel very uncomfortable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Terrible, it doesn't look like a respectable bar, it's more like a brothel, really embarrassing. And in bad taste. The Music is not variable, only vallenato and reggaeton, for those of us who like salsa, not recommended. And very high price for this low style.

I had a terrible experience at this Colombian restaurant. I ordered a “picada” meant for four people, but what I received was an absurdly small box of food. To make matters worse, there was no llanera beef at all—just pork—and one potato was cut into four tiny pieces. The picture on their menu clearly shows a much larger portion. I paid nearly $70 for what amounted to a scam. This place is a complete rip-off; don't waste your money here.
A complete robbery, paying 70 dollars for a little bit of food that is supposed to be for 4 people, plus cutting a potato into four pieces seems disrespectful to me, I didn't even bring the meat to the llanera that I said. I do not recommend it at all, it is not the same as the photos.
